request Make my filly into a mare

I was wondering if somepony could turn this adorable filly into a mare for me. I have a few small requirements but for the most part it's straight forward

 

1. The same general mane style (messy) but more like rainbow dash's current one

2. Transparent background

3. Cutie mark is a flute

4. She has a purple scarf with blue stripes

clothing might be a problem.... I have a hard time with it... I'll see what I can do... no promises on keeping the scarf
