This is a very minor issue, so if you can't fix it, it's nothing to worry about. However, if it's easy to fix, you may as well.

 

The character limit on mobile still displays the minimum amount of characters as 100, even though you changed it a while ago to 20. It'll still let you post even if you don't meet 100, it's just that it says otherwise.

This is a known issue with no simple resolution. There are forums that will tell you that the character count is 100 when it is 20. It has been an issue as long as I have been here. Closing.
