Lightning had seen the amazing magic of Magitek. He was interested to be learning more about it soon, but now, he was ready for PE.

He felt comfortable in PE, he'd grown up doing boxing, flying, and all of the physical sports. So, he could say he wasn't nervous. But he was most happy that literally NO pony, had paid attention to him. He stepped out of the class, and he followed the signs towards his gym. He pulled his hood over his head as he rolled down the halls with his bag on his back. He turned a corner and hit a pony (Pelate) with his shoulder by acciedent.

Sketchy was thinking about what they might do in P.E. Today *man I hope we do something fun today, I wonder if we gon do some strength tests, that would be sweet* he thought, then his thoughts were interrupted when a skateboarder hit him on the shoulder "Oof" He flinched and stumbled a little bit "woah Dude be careful, Dat super close there man." He said with a concerned look on his face.

Lightning skidded to a stop, nearly falling off his board.

"Sorry man, that was too close. You off to PE aswell? I think I remember seeing you in my class before..?"

He asked the question, cocking his eyebrow at him. His stomach grumbled violently in his stomach. He hadn't eaten in days or gotten a good sleep last night due to the rain and cold, especially having to sleep under a dock in a sleeping bag.

Thunder showed the batmare the way. "There you go, if you have more questions, then i'll be at the gym, music class or in the teachers room, but see you!" Said thunder with a smile and a lazy salute. He began to walk towards the gym to play some basketball, it was after at his special talent. He reached the gym, and saw that nobody were there, so he took off his headphones, and his blue hoodie. He took a basketball, anf began to dribble. Completely oblivious to the fact that there will be PE soon

Sketchy nodded "yeah man, P.E. Is my favorite class." He said "I showed up late to the last class, so I really had no clue what the hell was goin on in there." He shrugged. Sketchy then heard Lightening's stomach rumble "you hungry man? Need somthin' to eat?" He asked curiously.

"For next session please read 'Chapter 1: Enchanting Theory' in your textbook. Class dismissed." And just as I said that, the bell rang. Perfectly timed. They'd have time to be impressed between classes, or not as the case may be.

 

I marked everyone as present. We would figure names during next session.

Tyra understood absolutely nothing about this 'magitech armour', simply blinking as her brain tried to decipher such a thing. She knew what armour was, of course, but of that shape, and magic inside it...her brain just broke down.

 

"Enchanting Theory?" She repeated, cocking her head to the side, "I am an earth pony!"

 

 

Cirrus then looked to Tyra. "Hey, would you mind keeping an eye on Trivy if you two are being in same gym? Not always true, but unicorns sometimes how you say... squishy. Have had close calls with other unicorn's in past. Do not like seeing ponies in pain..."

 

She turned to Cirrus and acknowledged his request. She nodded with a wide grin.

"Aye, certainly I shall!" She chirped, "I am always happy to help out a friend!"

Quickly, she trotted over to Trivy and walked by her side.

"I wish to accompany you to our next class, if that is okay!" She grinned widely up at her, then tilted her head, "What is this...'Pee-Ee'?"

She looked up at Trivy and nodded. "Aye, we have sports back home, such as races, strength contests, boulder-tossing, menhir-racing..."

"Interesting. Sounds fun." Trivy said before entering the gym. "I'm not really good at any sports, never really had any sports back home except for our annual fish racing. That's what I call fun! But I suppose they don't have that here." Trivy said while looking around the room... where is this darn teacher? please don't tell me we gotta search this one too...

As the Unicorn disappeared with a flash he sighed, he barely paid attention to class, to him it was just some magic mumbo jumbo I hate magic.... stinking unicorns. He grumbled as the bell rang and was now forced to go to P.E a worthless class in his eyes. 

 

Seeing both Tyra and Trivy leave, the closest thing he had to friends at this point he decided to at least follow them to class. Upon arrival to the gym he couldn't keep his muzzle shut any longer and pondered a question out loud for the three of them "I don't know about you two, but I myself don't mind a bit of physical excursion as long as it has purpose"

"You don't know what fish racing is? I expected more from you, coming from the frozen north." Trivy said with a chuckle. "Every year, during winter we go hunting for fish on the icecaps near my village. You have this special spear that you stick through the ice and you try to catch as much fish as you can. The bigger the better. It's been a tradition for a centuries since my village was build because of the massive fish trade in that area. The winner of the contest gets to eat all the fish he or she wants for the whole year, for free." Trivy said excited, sparkles in her eyes. She did not like to talk about herself but this was something she was very proud of.

Her braided tail swished as she fondly remembered playing the game at home, on the great frozen lake in the dead of winter where it's the coldest.

"It is quite a fun game! My brother won last year!"

"Hmm may I ask? Where is your village located exactly? I have a feeling we are very close neighbors. I remember my village competing against a village 10 miles further." Trivy said, getting excited as well. Could it be that she finally found somepony that was close to her home?

"I am of the village of Trotstheim," Tyra explained, proudly puffing out her chest, "It is located in the Frozen Wilderness!"

 

She blinked, and tilted her head. "Come to think of it, I do recall that we were competing with another village in another game as well..."

"That's it, Trotstheim! I'm from Haysborough!" Trivy cheered. "We did compete against you...although I do not recall what it was.. it has been a long time since I left home." Trivy said with a hint of sadness. She quickly cheered herself again. "This is great!" Trviy said, giving Tyra a big hug... "Oh dear, excuse me, I should not invade your personal space like that." Trivy said with a shy smile.

She grunted as Trivy grabbed her in a quick hug, and stared at her for a moment before grabbing her into a tight, near bone-crushing hug of her own.

"Not at all, I love hugs!" She chirped.

A big smile grew in Trivy's face as she finally felt like she had made a friend. It made her quite happy, now that there was something that felt home, even if it was just a small thing.

 

Trivy unleashed herself from the hug after the last bit of air escaped her lungs. "So, where is this teacher?"

Mr. H threw open the doors out of the storage room, dragging a pullup bar behind him. He looked over at the students who were waiting for him. Mr. H places the pullup bar in the center of the gym, and walked over to the students and introduced himself "Good morning Priva- I mean... Hello students, and welcome to Physical Education. I am your teacher Mr. Horseshoe, but you can call me Mr. H." Mr. H looked out the window "so I was planning on taking you down to the track to see how well you kids are at running, but unfortunately due to weather conditions we can't do that today, so instead we will be doing strength tests." He exclaimed "we're going to be doing pullups today."

Trivy listened to her new teacher respectfully until he mentioned the word pull-ups causing her face to go white. oh dear, I'm not a strong pony at all, this is one of the reasons why I don't like sports.... she gulped before greeting her teacher with a smile. "Goodmorning mister H"

"Well met, Mr H!" Tyra called to her instructor, bowing her head in greeting.

 

She lowered her ears at the news that they would not be going outside in the snow.

"Oh, a shame," she muttered, "I would have enjoyed a run through the winter!"

She tilted her head upon hearing the alternative. She'd heard of pullups, but was not quite sure what they were. Workouts and exercises back home were not quite similar to that of Equestria.

So she did the first thing she thought of; she turned to Trivy, who she figured was more learned in such a thing.

"What are these 'pullups'?"

"They are a nightmare." Trivy said still in thought. "what?..oh I uh..I mean it's pulling yourself up with yer front hoofs while yer the rest of your body is some sort of plank. It's really hard to explain, ye just gotta see what it looks like. Then you will understand."

Mr. H looked at Tyra a little surprised at the question, but he simply said "well, I'll demonstrate for you." He went over to the bar and jumped up to get a hold of it "so all you need to do is pull yourself up, and back down, and make sure you go down all the way." He then proceeded to demonstrate what it should look like, he got down after doing 5 "I'm sure you get the point." He said as he walked back over to the students. "So I'm going to write down how many you did today, and next time we do this we may see how much you've improved over the year." Mr. H exclaimed. "So everypony please form a single file line in front of the pullup bar and we may begin

Sketchy:

"Well I'll see you in Gym class" sketchy said as he walked to the gym. The teacher was already out and talking to the students *oh crap, late to another class. I need to stop talking to ponies so much...* he thought as he silently stood next to the other students *looks like we're doing pullups today. SWEET!*

She hopped in place slightly, probably looking quite a sight amongst the taller students.

Trivy gave a big sigh before lining up, next to Tyra. She got ready to do some push ups, even though she was clearly not the strong type. Maybe if i use that magic spell I won't look like a foal... but what if it goes wrong... no stop..no magic Trivy started on her push ups, the first one was already difficult enough.
