I would like to locate a post I made in the past on a thread, but since it is in one of the Mega Threads, I'm not 100% sure where it could be, so I was wondering if I am able to locate a post without having to scroll through multiple pages before I find it?

That's your content, and you should be able to find your past posts there. It shouldn't take too long if it wasn't posted weeks ago or anything.

@JRex95, 's method can work if you made your post in a short period of time, but there is another method if the post that you are looking for was made time ago (along with being slightly less tedious):

 

-If you remember the thread where you made that post, locate it with the "My Content" section. If you posted in it, you should find it. Clicky

 

-Go to the thread like normal, and then use the Search function with the option "This Topic". Then look for your name.

-Then, in the Search Results, it will appear the posts where:

• You were mentioned
• You were the creator of that post (exactly what you are looking for)
• You were quoted

(I used this thread as an example, but it's the same behaviour as if I browsed any mega thread, as long as these conditions were met)

 

That should do it if the post that you are looking for has been made time ago, although Cipher's method is also viable.

After reading a bunch of old embarrassing posts I've made, I finally found the post which was all the way back in August of 2013.
