Autism is a spectrum its not just split between the people who can't function at all and the ones who only have small quirks.  @,  So let me get this straight you support eugenics regardless of if you have autism or not that still advocating genocide. Just because someone is mentally ill doesn't mean they deserve to die,even if they are low functioning. I'm pro choice but you shouldn't kill someone just because they have a mental illness. You must have a lot of self hate if your supporting a "charity" that advocates genocide.

I said I think autism should be cured and clearly stated I my self don't like autism speaks. I'm sure there has been cases where that has happened but not enough for it to matter, like I said I don't like them ether.

See, I really hate them. They want to remove a gift, and Flutersparkle doesn't know about the bankrupt thing. I don't think she would think that Autistics would bankrupt people or end marriages.

@@ScarfaceOne, I'm sure people have been financially burden with children with more problematic severity of autism, with maybe other things too. I'm sure they may  struggle to pay for medication and therapy even with aid, and in some cases have had to file for bankruptcy..I'm not concerned with it.

Oh, so basically, Autism Speaks is saying. ''Leave the good autistic children in, and the problematic out''. Sounds horrible to me, I think all autistics are special, even if they can be a pain.

WHAT! You can't cure someone with voodoo that's just silly besides autism isn't a disease you can't cure it anyhow. Autism is a spectrum not one person who has autism is the same,so its silly to even think of curing it because no one who has autism has the exact same symptoms ,autism has a wide range of symptoms ,but its really pick and choose, you have a couple of symptoms and the other kid you know whose also autistic has entirely different set of symptoms than you. I have aspergers which is on the autism spectrum that's why I got so mad that flutersparkle said that they advocated Autism Speaks cause.

One of my favorite people in the world has aspergers.  If she was "cured," then she would not be the same person.  It sounds like this Autism Speaks organization wants to make it so that people like her are never even born in the first place.
