request Need cover art for my fic

I'm doing a fic called, "My Little Pony: Lost In Time". I will need a cover for it, but not sure who to talk to that will not charge me for it. Anyone up to it?

 

I wish to have these OC's on the cover:

 

 

But I wish to have it looking as if Sunbeam is using a time spell, but have no idea for the effect appearance.
