request Needing Map for Roleplay.

I'm in need of a map as reference to the setting location of the area. Unlike normal land masses this one is by the story; is an artificially created land mass.

 

At first the idea was to simply use an old locale but I decided against it due to knowing nothing of the location.

The shape is similar in my idea but any shape will do. The scale of the island will be.. 7 Miles length vertical, and 4 Miles length horizontal.

 

The south portion will be mainly urbanized. With. north mostly rural with a small town located at the farthest north an a more populous eastern town. A major interstate circles around the island.
