Idea for banners

Not sure if you guys thought about it yet, but I remember seeing Fimfiction having different banners every time the page changed or refreshed. I'm not comparing you two, just thought i'd throw this out there. Kind of like a flip-book style rotation.

Ignoring the fact that our system doesnt allow for rotating banners at the moment, it would be something I wouldn't be a fan of personally since we use a lot of contest and ad hoc driven banners based around a specific event we usually only want one banner at a time.
