technical issue endless refreshing of this page

I went to go to this page:

It keeps refreshing every second, like the page is actually reloading every second so if you try to scroll it brings you back to the top - only page I've found do that so far - might just be an isolated glitch.

Hmm...I just tried the link and didn't notice the constant refreshing. Maybe if you cleared your cache, it could fix the glitch?

hmm it doesn't appear to be doing it anymore.. but I am on my home computer now.. odd.. oh well - just thought I'd let you know I encountered it..

It may had been a browser glitch, rather than a forum glitch, as technically it cannot happen without prior forced imput from the browser.

Sometimes browsers by themselves can do erratic things, like refreshing pages by themselves. If you find that again next time, try cleaning the caché, as it tends to solve most of the problems, counting that one.
