If the human versions of the mane six had cutie marks... and not on the rump

I always thought their human forms would have cutie marks but not all one the same area and they only appear when they participate in an act that represent their element. Where they would be located would be where their special talent or element represents. Here's where I think they would glow from.

 

Pinkie Pie: Her cutie mark would be on her cheek emphasizing laughter. 

 

Rarity: Her cutie mark could be found on her hands. As she is good with her hands and the act of generosity is similar to charity and giving a hand to someone is an act of charity.

 

Twilight Sparkle: Her forehead as she is the brains of the bunch. Her idea of friendship is rooted into a more idea of study.

 

Fluttershy: It would glow from near her heart. She is the heart of the bunch, her kindness is what keeps everyone together.

 

Applejack: This one I have trouble with. I suppose her arms as she is a hard working one.

 

Rainbow Dash: Her back. Because it requires a strong backbone to stay loyal to your friends without getting intimidated by the demands of the enemy. Plus her wings are at her back.

Since applejack is a tough person, I'd say her cutie mark would be like a shoulder tattoo (cause most 'tough guys/girls' got tattos on dem's shouldas u naaa wu-ahm sayin? ...K, I'll stop now xD)

The shoulders was my other thought as I thought she sort of took the burden of others and shouldered all the responsibilities.

 

I also thought about her eyes because the eyes will always give away your true self but you couldn't have it on the eyes... unless it's close to the eyes.

Interesting theory. In mod of RPG based off MLP I'm working on (both mod and RPG) I decided that they would be on arm, chest or  back.

But now that I think about it, seeing that cutie marks are such personal thing, it maybe more accurate to make them appear in most, uh, "subject appropriate" place.

Then again, if that was their nature, they would appear like that on the ponies as well. Which they don't, they always manifest in the same place on the body.

 

Also, I have to point this out. Because I'm incredibly immature:

Interesting. Hasbro seems to think just on the cheeks for all of them (as far as the dolls go)
