I would probably go, "Oh look, it's the music they use for chase scenes in Spongebob." I actually don't tend to notice background music in shows unless it's really amazing like this:

I enjoyed Pokémon for a little while until the series did not make sense anymore. I gave up on the cards and said "what's the point of this." It just got boring.

I  wish FIM would have sought out the rights to "Yackety Sax" (The Benny Hill theme) for chase scene shenanigans. They came as close as they could in a couple of episodes and still avoid a lawsuit though.

 

Compare them both. MLP:FIM came as close as they dared without breaking copyright.
