Help making a new oc

Hi! i need a little help in making a new oc..tyou see.alot of my oc's that..i barely use anymore. (mostly because i rp'd alot but barely anymore) but i'd like to get back into it..but all my oc's have..wel, long 'emo' hair. Cept one. and i don't even have a pony version of him. i need some help in making a new oc, some ideas and all that. i can do the rest. unless you think i should keep the current ones. I'll show you how they look:

Making an OC isn't to hard. Consider their talent/ability that is semi unique to them. A personality. Are they a smart mouth? Friendly tp a faul;t? Trusting, or are they weary of all? Big, small, just mold the idea like a clump of clay. If all your OC's have a similar look, got for the opposite. Short hair, maybe androgenous looking in style, if all your chars are rail thin, go for something more msucly, or just big, like big mac. ^^ if you want other ideas let me. know.
