Shes from the show Atomic Betty. It ran back in like 2005 or something; had 3 seasons.

But in all seriousness, I love this vector. So simplistic. Such pretty colors. Much wow. From the colors to the accurate lines, this is just all-in-all awesomeness.

 

However, the one and only thing I don't like, and I'm really, truly grasping at straws here, is the circle behind Atomic Betty. I don't like how, for how simplistic AB is, the circle is filled with smaller circles. It is a good design choice, but my personal preference states that it would be better as just a plain, single colored circle.
