request Art for my new OC plz

Right, so, I've made a new oc, and I am as skilled as a four year old at drawing. I turned to you guys instead! I really want art for him.

 

Here's the basic appearance of the character:

 

*Light grey-ish coat color

*Black Mane w/ one (small-ish size) strand of white in it

      *Same with tail

*Wears a lab coat : Never shows his cutie mark

*Bionic left arm
