Take Off! (Princess Spike Inspired painting)

Hi, y'all. I was wondering if you could help me out by critiquing this recent work of mine.

 

I'm kinda proud of it, so I personally don't think it's "terrible", but I'm interested in hearing how I can improve it.

If you're wondering why I made it, I was inspired by a comment on Derpibooru saying that someone wanted to see the landscaper pony from Princess Spike sing "Take Off" with the Whinnyapolis Delegate. So I drew this...I sort of think of it as the summit holding a performance showcase of sorts after the conclusion XD.

Looks good, maybe the tails are a bit short, I feel that the left pony is better than the green one (in the proportions sense), the green pony's hindlegs are strange (the back side).

Thanks. I can't seem to find a good reference pic for a sitting stallion at a 45 degree angle, so it was kinda hard to sketch his anatomy from that angle. Maybe I need to look harder on Google images.
