request Looking for a semi-professional or professional to draw an OC scene

I've been wanting to get a drawing of a scene from the backstory of my OC, Cyril Coltefeller, ever since I revised him.

 

In his backstory, he demonstrates the first ever digital watch, invented by him, to the princesses and Twilight.

 

They are in the throne room in the Canterlot Castle. I want it drawn from the princesses chair point of view, looking at Cyril standing center of the room. He would have a serious face, holding up the black and silver watch for easy visibility. The exact details of the watch are irrelevant as long as it is digital. If any more information is needed, I will be glad to try and do my best in providing it.

If the artist also wishes to create a cleaner and updated version of my other OC, Fierasil, that would be much appreciated, but i'm not putting that as a requirement. Same pose, just cleaner looking and better proportioned.
