Sadly, I'd say that most of the RP participants don't care about this RP any more.

If you're really passionate about it, go around and see if anyone wants to start it back up, and I'd be glad to let you join! :D

looks like a neat premise but if it's dead then there may not be a point to joining (Hard to find a RP that is not dead or is not stagnant to the point of going nowhere on this site)
