Dust loosk kinda worried, she ski'd before, but she only knew how to brake by throwing herself in the snow. ''So, I wonder how their day has been.'' Dust says quickly.''And yeah dinner would be nice'' She smiles. she looks at Sigma.''If i fall, you'll catch me on the slop right?''

Colenso stepped through the entry and through the door to see other ponies close enough to see, but far enough to maybe get away with his next move. He didn't know why he didn't expect for other ponies to be there. For a critical thinker his mind, after his "saturation", wasn't quite the same.

He turned and begrudgingly went back inside. His options were, at this point, limited. He couldn't go outside. He couldn't play his bass, they would hear... He didn't want to just sit quietly in his room again, he'd put too much stress on his emotions already. Maybe if he just read they wouldn't be interested.

What a waste of a perfectly chilling day. He started for his room again.

Sigma briefly saw somepony out of the corner of his eye but Dust made eye contact with him before he could look properly.

He looked and smiled back at her. "Yeah, don't worry. I'll catch you" He thought to himself that he would probably be the main catcher if ponies did fall, as he had levitation.

Colenso quickly trotted towards his room, ready to break into some literary induced seclusion. He had nothing against the other ponies there, but how could he become a better pony if other ponies distracted his inner mechanisms. And how could he be around them without feeling worse.

Dust smiles at Sigma. "Good and if i get hurt, you are the one giving me the kiss on the hurt spot" Dust winks at him. "Nah just kiddin i am not a little kid,i wont cry" She rubs through her mane. "But i dont see myself falling". Dust looks forward. "So what now"

Sigma raised an eyebrow but smiled at Dust teasing him. He then shrugged it off.

"I guess we go to dinner now. Those two ... " he nodded his head towards Mist and Diva "... look only too happy to have dinner 'together' ". He used his magic to summon two magic hologram quotation marks when he said the word 'together'. He called out to them as they approached. "I take it you two enjoyed the slopes too?"

Mist smiles and waves to Sigma. He walks over to him, "yeah the slopes were great," he said happily, "we had a bit of a rocky start but Lightning helped us out and it was all good. Now me and Diva are heading out to have dinner together." Mist squealed internally when he said that.

Lightning put his hooves behind his neck, resting it in his hands.

 

"Yeah, let's get some food. I think we've all had a long day, from travelling up here, to skiing, to doing whatever you guys were doing. I'm personally starving."

Mist smiled, "yes let's," he said happily as he held out his hoof for Diva to take, "I've been looking foward to this all evening." As he waited for Diva to take his hoof he thought about the amazing evening he had already had spending time with. He began to think about what they would do after dinner, but Mist shook that thought out of his head. it wasn't the time. "Shall we go?" he asked.

He made a mental note of the mysterious new pony, as he dropped his board and began to roll, picking up speed, crashing through the doors of the cafeteria, delicious food everywhere, it was a buffet! All you can eat.

Lightning dropped his bag and board again, running full pelt, dropping everything he could find on a plate and wolfing it down.

Mentis had been lost in some trail of thought he normally and frequently suffered from he over thought everything sometimes this was helpful at others like now it made him look neglectful or stupid. He resumed looking at the outside world again to see that everyone was heading for dinner he too had to eat something so looked to the others then headed towards the dinning hall eager to actually have some food rather then the grapes he had earlier.

Diva nodded swiftly, tagging by Mist's side. She hadn't really been on an actual date before. Sure, she had flirted here and there, but nothing ever got -this- far, so she didn't really now how to act and simply followed Mist Twister's lead. "Lead the way Mist!"

"I'm right behind you." Sigma followed on behind Diva. He had already had a quick glance at the menu earlier but still wasn't sure what he wanted. Maybe he would wait to see what the others had and follow suit.

 

He sniffed the air a few times as he entered the dining hall. "can anypony else smell peanuts?"

Dust looks at the food. "Well. Can't say there isn't enough choice." Dust giggles "i am just going to follow your lead because i cant choose" . dust thinks for a second. *what if they pick something i dont want to eat*. Dust looks around the restaurant, i still cant believe this is all free

Sigma picked up a bowl and spooned a load of noodles into it. He tossed some soy sauce on it and sat down across from Lightning.

 

He noticed how hungrily and quickly Lightning ate his meal. How is he that hungry? First the backpack, now this. Maybe Lightning did come from an impoverished background. Seems odd. Why would the hotel invite a low-life like...

 

Wait. 'Low-life?' He stopped his train of thought. Despite the days of division being more than a millennium gone, Sigma found many of the unicorns of Canterlot that frowned on and looked down on ponies of other kinds, especially lower-class ones. Dispute his best efforts, Sigma had ended up picking up some of these attitudes, and he hoped that this didn't mean others would see him as stuck-up.

 

He looked up and cleared his throat "someone seems hungry" he said to Lightning.

Butterfly was terrified of going inside this secluded hotel in the mountains. She didn't know how many ponies were going to be in their and the fact she had just gotten coordinates from a slip of paper that had fallen out of her regular book didn't give her high hopes.

She was extremely worried of any pony finding out who she really was and what they might do if they wondered why she never ate or maybe why she seemed tired so often.

"Just focus, you sneak into the royal libraries all the time how can this be any harder?" Butterfly spoke to herself out loud before fiddling with her pink scarf. Butterfly took in a few deep breathes before walking into the resort timidly.
