Are the WLF chibi vinyl's worth the money?

I'm dying to get Vinyl Scratch and Derpy, because they're sooooo adorable! But throwing $30 at 2 two inch figures (cute as they are) just seems absurd, when I can get a much bigger vinyl figure from Funko, for around the same price.

The WLF ones are cuter, of course, but tiny. I'm questioning if they're worth the price they're set at, and if I should get them, anyway.

Opinions?

It's a significant size difference to say the least.  Quickie photo for reference:

Size aside though, they are extremely nice quality figures, even nicer than most of the other We Love Fine figures out there, and definitely are a nice addition to a shelf. While they're small, they are big enough to make a nice little section of a shelf as a group, and big enough to enjoy the quality of the design.

And for the size I don't think the price is that outrageous... the small blind box Funkos which are more comparable in size cost around $6 each, where these run $15, and I think the quality difference is well worth the extra money to me (plus you actually know who you're buying with these).

Definitely not a cheap buy, but Id' say they probably are worth their cost.

They ARE cute, but in my personal opinion, I would rather get the Funko Vinyl figures. Or maybe you could get one of each? I always think ahead to the future about what all of my MLP merch will be worth when I'm like 50 and I can see those Funko figures being worth a LOT if they are mint. They are really well made too! They have a good weight to them. Also, if you ever go to a con, you could bring it and get it signed by one of the cast members. Like me, I'm planning on bringing my Applejack and getting her signed by Ashleigh Ball.  :pinkie:

I don't care about worth. I just want cute ponies.

But I'm eunning out of shelf space, and the religion I'm in encourages moderation and materialistic simplicity.....

But they ARE adorable....

Well, if you want one, buy it. I do love how adorable they are, and it would be nice to have one, but I think 30$ on a figurine is too much for me. I can get better use for pony comics or chapter books at a cheaper price. Just personal opinion, not deciding you should buy one or not, as the price should worth YOUR satisfaction, it just the satisfaction would be small compared to the price for ME

It all depends on what your willing to spend. Some people will spend outrageous sums on figurines or tiny antiques, others may hesitate and some flat out refuse.

I have set prices for figures and I certainly wouldn't pay 30 bucks for 2 figures that are only 2 inches of cheap plastic, but that's just me. For a big bunch? Yes I might, because I'm getting more bang for my buck.

That's what it all comes down to. Ask yourself how much your willing to spend amd whether it's worth it, then act accordingly.
