When Gale looked the creature's back was turned as it made it's way across the room. The floor was well worn in his path like he had been walking it for years. There was another door in the same wall as the one she had entered this room from. This one at least looked to be in working order.

As she began to one-eye-blink she could swear she saw the statue vibrate. It almost looked as if it were coming closer with each wink. She could feel another open doorway behind her, this one would not need a key card to close, perhaps she could use it to put some distance between her and the statue.

After passing backwards through the doorway, Pink contemplated her situation. She did not know if she were sealing herself in with something dangerous, but on the other hoof the thing she was staring at was the most immediate threat, and while there could quite possibly be something worse right behind her, she couldn't very well turn and look.

She closed the doors.

Copper shot a menacing glare at Shadow, having suggested turning back to normal.  "NO!  I will not!  I have a lot of life left to live, and I will NOT give my life away to some goo creature!"  He managed to get out of the shadows that surrounded him, and started charging up a magic spell that would take 106 away.  "Now MOVE, and let me kill 106!"

Shadow sighed and said,

You are really stubborn. Why don't ya face your consequences and die.
He placed his sword at his neck and said, 

"Just back down and let 106 go back to his dormant state or are ya going to risk everyone's life just to not die. Ya don't even know if it's going to work

Gale quickly made her way to the closed door and was a bit sad that she would have to leave the creature behind. The dragoness then opened the door and walked out of the room, being sure to close the door behind her. The dragoness didn't want anything following her to be able to get to her easily.

Copper glared again at Shadow.  He didn't deserve to die.  He didn't want to die.  Yet he reverted back to his normal form, because he felt that Shadow was right, and that there was no way else out of this.  He closed his eyes, seeing a tear come out of both.  "My friends will miss me.  They won't know what happened to me.  I don't want to die."  Then he opened his eyes.  "But if that's what it takes to save you and the others, then fine.  Goodbye, Shadow.  But if this sacrifice was for nothing, you'll regret this."  He took the sword off of him and started walking slowly to 106, tears dominating his eyes, getting ready to face the worst possible outcome.

The door closed with a satisfying thud, but she knew it wouldn't be long before the concrete statue would be on her again. She ground herself in a straight section of security hallway much like the one she had walked through soon after waking up. There was an open door at the far end.

106 was nowhere to be seen, but with the luminescence gone the tendrils were able to get closer to Copper. To the point where if he didn't move he would be taken to the pocket dimension, and he would probably never return.

The door cloosed behind her with a satisfying thud, and the creature didn't seem to mind. The room she found herself in hade a door to either side of the one she had entered from. The one on the right no doubt connected to the broken door from before, and the one on the left leading deeper into the facility.

Copper looked around, stopping as he saw 106 nowhere to be found.  He shook his head, staying put, as he waited for the inevitable to happen to him.  "I'm here, 106.  Just kill me now.  I didn't want this to happen to me, but I have no other choice.  JUST KILL ME NOW!"  He shouted his last words, crying as he waited for his time.

The tendrils wasted no time in obliging, quickly grabbing Copper and pulling him in to the tainted shadow dimension, and in turn to the pocket dimension. His mind was bent as this time he was not given the benefit of being unconscious for the shift. Reality was an illusion revealed by looking between its pages. He arrived in the same octagonal room he had been in before. Writing appeared on the floor before him. 'In the end, you begged for death just like he did. But you're not leaving so soon I'm afraid.'

Shadow watched Copper be pulled in, then he  sighed and said as he pulled out the bottle,

"Hey, colon, is 106 done, or rather, dormant right now. I want to get out of here."

He pulled the top off and took a sip then he closed the portal and leaned against the wall.

Copper was getting furious.  All this time of trying to be killed was for naught.  He transformed back to his super form and erupted in hatred and fury.  "IF YOU WON'T KILL ME, THEN I'LL KILL YOU!  GET OVER HERE AND FACE ME LIKE A STALLION!" His rage was unlike anything to be seen.

Gale relaxed as she heard the door close behind her and figured that it wuld be best to keep on moving forward. The dragoness then opened the left door and continued on, deeper into the facility. As she walked, a few thouhts began to drift through the dragoness's mind. "Why were we brought here?" She thought to herself. "Were we going to end up like the creatures already here?"

The door to the right side of where they exited 106's containment chamber opened to reveal a deactivated Tesla Gate on the other side. The far door of that hallway opened to reveal a tall pony dressed as an ancient plague doctor. "Hello." It said, sounding as if it were talking through a metal tube. "Alright then, you still have the level 5 card right? Head down the right hallway to the very end, you'll find me there. Oh, and my scans pick up SCP-049 in the area, you'll need to watch out for it."

There was a very deep laugh that reverberated throughout the entire dimension as the walls of the room began to melt and bend around Copper's perceptions. 106 was the master here, and he wasn't going to let Copper go this time. The goo turned acidic as it poured onto copper, the levels rising in an effort to consume him.

She found herself at another four way security hallway with a button door in each direction. There was a beeping radio in the middle like someone was trying to establish contact.

Copper's burning rage was a clear indication that he wasn't going to die this way.  He unleashed a powerful magic attack that made the melting dimensions lower just enough for him to escape.  When he found his chance, he remembered the door that he went through and took his chance, flying to that door.

Shadow walked down the right hallway, looking through his bag. He found what he was looking for and took a gulp of it. He walked up to the doctor and said, 

"Hello, well, bye."

He passed the doctor and headed to the end of the hall. When he got there, He pulled out the card and swiped it

But he didn't escape.

 

Copper slowly came to the realization that he had only escaped before because 106 had let him. A cruel practice of hunting, letting the prey think it had escaped so he could catch it when it didn't expect it. As the illusions fell away Copper found himself bound to a chair, staring straight into the glowing eyes of 106, perched atop a high throne in a room that glowed an eerie red like blood. It laughed at his hopes of escape, of victory. Its laugh rumbling through the room.

As he passed the doctor it reached out and touched him, a key toxin spreading from its hoof to his skin causing an instant paralysis. Shadow fell to the floor as his vision grew dark. "I sense the disease in you. I will cure you. Do not be afraid." The doctor crouched beside him as it pulled a bag of medical supplies from his cloak. He began with a cut vertically along the chest and that was all that Shadow remembered.

Copper found himself on a chair, bound, out of his super form.  His rage was now evident.  He started to strain, in hopes of getting away.  Lightning started letting loose on him, melting the bounds away.  Once the bounds were melted enough, they snapped off of him and Copper let out a war cry, turning into his super form.  He grinned menacingly at the goo creature.  "You've had your share of laughs, but now, it is I who will get the last laugh.  Now, FIGHT ME LIKE A STALLION, YOU COWARD!"

Gale was surprised to see a radio in the middle of the hallway, but knew that nothing was as it seemed in this place. The dragoness slowly approached it and twisted one of the knobs, attempting to get a clearer message. "Is there someone else in this facility?" She thought to herself.

It continued to laugh, the dimension siphoning off energy just about as quickly as Copper could muster it. Then came its attacks.

 

Two massive stone blocks collided with Copper between them, but he survived, albeit in great pain. It seemed to relish in his torture, wanting to maximize the pain it could cause without killing him. Copper's super form prevented his death, but it would serve her to only lengthen the pain he would endure before he finally succumbed.

"Oh good, someone is still alive around there. To catch you up I only have signals for you and one other from the gate now. If you want to make it out alive you're going to have to be very careful. If you head down the right hallway and continue straight you should find the remains of the one that had that glove, he had a level five card on him which you will need to stop the nukes and revoke 079's control of the door systems. Then...." The radio switched to static before another voice came on. This one ever so slightly masculine and by comparison the first was ever so lightly feminine. "Ah, another survivor. It seems my first two helpers are dead so it looks like I'll need your help. She won't let you escape this place but I will. Do go get that 5 card, you'll need it if we''re going to take control of this facility back from her."

Gale was surprised with the change in the voice, and figured that it would be best to listen to it for now. The dragoness then picked up the radio, before moving to the right hallway. "Do you mind if I ask who you are and what's actually going on here?" If she was going to be played by these people, she at least wanted to know who they were.

Copper pulled through, using his magic to heal him up as quickly as possible.  He grinned madly at 106.  "Come on.  You can't fight can you?  You can't win like this."

 

He started to charge up his Spin dash, but thought otherwise.  He got up on his hind legs and started to twirl like a tornado, using his magic to summon a twister around him.  He kept spinning faster as the twister grew, until lightning started to form.  He the twister was bigger than the goo creature, and the lightning was now surrounding the twister, he launched the attack on it.

"What's going on here is a site-wide containment breach caused by the ongoing power struggle between Codex  and myself Colonel but you can call me Colon if you want to." The next hall was a Tesla gate that was deactivated as she entered. The radio switched back to Codex, "Stop stealing my channel! You have the PA use that! But yes, the two of us have been fighting for control ever since the Discord Incident about 23 years ago. "

106 only laughed harder as the attack did nothing to him. He was in control, this was his universe. He would not, could not, be defeated here. 106 began to attack Copper's mind, plaguing him with hallucinations of freedom only to snatch them away in violent ways where the world he loved was destroyed. It showed him visions of 106 free to roam in his world. Bringing terror to those he loved.

Copper was getting hallucination after hallucination.  Now he was ticked off, and ready to...

 

No.

 

He had to clear his mind.  He stopped, and, remaining in his Super form, closed his eyes.  He blocked off everything else, just to get his mind back in order.  After a few seconds, he was able to clear his mind of these hallucinations, because he had done this before.  He opened his eyes and looked straight at 106.  "You think you're unbeatable.  But you're not.  I've dealt with this before, and I will not let you win."

Gale gave a slight nod as he began to look around the room for the level 5 id card as she continued to speak. "Yeah, that makes sense." She muttered to herself. "So, why were the others and I brought here? I already know about the trans-dimensional experiments, but that isn't the whole explination, is it?"

In an instant Copper was encased in a large block of stone with only his head exposed writing appeared before his face. "And what, Pray tell, do you plan to do?"

"You'll have to keep moving, he was a ways down the hallway when 049 got him." The door on the far side of the deactivated Tesla gate opened to reveal a broken Tesla gate. "I'll open and close the doors as you go to try and limit the other SCPs movements in the facility." "As to why you're here, the dimensional tests are pretty much the why of why you're here in the facility. I brought you out of containment in an effort to turn the favor to my side in this battle but it seems clear now that we'll have to work together. The destruction of 106's cell means we'll have to detonate the facility to prevent any further containment breach. We believe the nuclear warheads and anti-magic bombs should be enough to destroy all the SCPs in the facility. We need you to go activate remote detonation so we can leave the facility before it goes off."
