Gale didn't really know how to react to the creature in front of her. Once it was clear that it wouldn't attack her, the dragoness seemed to relax. There was probably dust in between her scales that was constantly being shed from the skin underneath , but she figured it would be best not to tell the creature that. " I guess I'll be going, then." She said, before heading towards the exit.

(He could probably stretch enough to cover Gale. That's up to you, though.)

@@Drago Ryder,

Once she turned she felt something very light land on her back. "Please don't leave me here alone! I want to get out of this place just like you, please let me come with you!"

It hugged her tentatively around her neck with it's forelimbs. "I don't want to die here.

Gale couldn't help but see a bit of herself in the creature and gave a slight shrug. "I don't see why not." She said, looking back at the SCP. The dragoness did notice a weird feeling begin to grow when the creature hugged her, but didn't think much of it. "My name is Gale, by the way. Do you have a name?"

@@Drago Ryder,

The creature seemed to simply drape itself over Gale's back, it's foreleg stretching down to the ground to scoop the dust as they passed. "I.... don't recall. I think I had a name once but it eludes me."

The creature shrugged. "I guess it doesn't really matter. There aren't many like me left if any.

Gale's ear plates flattened against her head when she heard that and frowned. "I'm sorry to hear that." She said. "Anyway, we should get going. The sooner we get out of here the better." With that, the dragoness began to look for a way to get onto one of the higher floors.

@@Drago Ryder,

The pair found themselves back in the hallway Gale had entered the room from. She had come from the left end, so it was clear to assume that the way to go was down the right end past the pile of ashes that was the other zompony. The hallway made a right turn soon after the remains.

Gale noticed the turn in the hallway and simply went to the right of the ashes. The dragoness could tell that the SCP on her back was parasitic and fed on dust, but was curious as to why he was so friendly. He didn't really seem that dangerous. "If it's ok with you, I think I'll call you Epi." She said, giving a light smile.

@@Drago Ryder,

The creature shifted a bit on her back, presumably to have a better way to gather the dust on the ground as they kept walking. "Epi... odd name. I don't think it was mine though. Why do you want to call me that?

around the corner was a hallway similar to the one she found when she exited the elevator. The hallway ended, but to the right just before the end of the hallway was another set of elevator doors.

"A solid pony was down here not long ago, solid and covered in tasty dust. I wonder if they're still around here somewhere."

Gale gave a light shrug and noticed Epi's movement on her back. "Well, I have to call you something, and I figured that would be better than anything else I could've come up with" She said, a slight heat rising to her cheeks. The dragoness honestly felt a bit cleaner since Epi had gotten on her back and felt a bit more relaxed. Gale then hit a button to call an elevator to the current level the two were on. "I think there's another pony down here, but I'm not really sure where she is."

@@Drago Ryder,

The door soon opened to reveal a room quite similar to the one she had left to get to the lower area, though she could tell she had reached the far side. "Oh good, you're back. I was starting to think you were never getting out of that pathway. That out of the way then, it's time for you to come collect us so we can all get out of here."

"It seem's you've collected a bit of a follower, it doesn't seem to be controlling you so I won't enact protocol just yet."

Epi seemed nervous at the voices, it started to lightly mutter about the hollow voices of hollow ponies.

Gale nodded slightly and began to walk down the hall. When she was out of range to be heard on camera, she glanced back at Epi and gave a comforting purr. "It's ok. I won't let them hurt you." She whispered. The dragoness noticed that Epi seemed to be spread out over as much of her body as possible, but didn't really think much of it.

@@Drago Ryder,

Epi seemed to calm down a bit at the comfort, and retracted. "You are colder than solid ponies, but not so cold as the hollow ones. You're almost as cold as the floor."

The hallway continued for a ways, the far door opened to reveal a corner to the right. Straight ahead was a hole in the wall through which they could see a bell encased in a block of some substance, the protective case around the block had been shattered by a fallen piece of the wall.

Gale smiled slightly and nodded. "That would make sense. I am cold blooded." She said, not noticing Epi retract himself. The dragoness was curious as to what the voice meant by control, but decided to ask Epi about it later. Gale then noticed the bell and slowly approached it.

@@Drago Ryder,

The bell seemed to be an ordinary, slightly rusted, cowbell. With no discernible markings of any kind that she could see. IT seemed she could easily reach into the block of something and retrieve the bell if she felt so inclined.

On the wall she had come through to the left of said hole was an open doorway through which she could see a set of shelves. Perhaps there would be a document there.

Gale wasn't really that curious anymore when she looked at the cowbell, and simply walked through the door to the left. If anything, there was a good chance it would take her to where she needed to be. "I wonder where the others are. I've been wandering around here and the only thing I've managed to talk to is Epi." She thought

@@Drago Ryder,

Through the door on the left was a small room with empty shelves save for a single piece of paper. There was a door to the right side of the room from where she had entered that remained closed. Perhaps she should have gone the other way?

Shelf Document

Physically, SCP-513 is an unremarkable, rusty cowbell. No marks or engravings are visible on its surface due to the large amount of corrosion. Attempts to remove the rust chemically or mechanically have had no success.

SCP-513 was recovered by Agent ██████ while carrying out Containment Reestablishment Procedure Mu at Site-██. SCP-513’s clapper was firmly held in place by several strips of duct tape. A single scrap of paper was found along with SCP-513 (see Addendum).

Any noise produced by SCP-513 immediately induces strong anxiety in all sentient beings who hear it, regardless of their previous mental status. Exposure victims report feelings of being watched by an unseen entity and present elevated heart rates and blood pressure. Roughly one hour after exposure, exposure victims begin to catch glimpses of SCP-513-1 when opening doors, walking past mirrors, turning their heads, or performing any other actions that result in a sudden change in visual perception. Upon being sighted, SCP-513-1 reportedly turns away and runs out of view before disappearing without a trace. Questioning of bystanders indicates that SCP-513-1 is invisible to those who have not been exposed to SCP-513.

Sightings of SCP-513-1 reoccur every 14 to 237 minutes. This “stalking” behavior inevitably causes extreme sleep deprivation, as victims are frequently disturbed by SCP-513-1’s presence in their quarters. Victims able to fall asleep before SCP-513-1's appearance report being physically assaulted by it. Upon the victim's awakening, SCP-513-1 flees as usual (see Experiment Log 513). This sleep deprivation, along with the mental stress caused by SCP-513-1's behavior, invariably induces paranoia, aggression, hypervigilance, and depression. All test cases but one have ended with the test subject’s suicide.

Descriptions of SCP-513-1's appearance are largely unreliable. Test subjects are unable to provide complete accounts of sightings due to their exhaustion, degraded mental health, and disruptive hypervigilance. However, all interrogations thus far indicate that SCP-513-1 is a tall, emaciated equinoid with abnormally large forehooves.

Gale read over the document and was thankful that she hadn't touched the cowbell she had seen earlier. The dragoness then moved towards the door and tried to find a way to open it. As she did so, she began to think about Epi and what the two others had said about him. "Do you mind if I ask you a question?" She asked, glancing to look at the being on her back.

@@Drago Ryder,

The door was button operated, though a quiet voice came from a nearby speaker, not that the one speaking was talking quietly, but rather that the speaker's volume was turned down.

"They're not even going the right way, where do they think they're going? We open the doors for a reason don't we?"

Gale recalled that there was a path to the right when she had gone through the hole in the wall.
