The more elaborate and complex the escape plan is, the more fun I get from seeing it being executed. My goal is always to entertain myself. If it was just to escape, I could simply use my magic to find a way to be gone quickly. Don't you worry for the gem, I already found one in the anti-magic chamber. That's what was the shiny thing.

 

He levitated the skeleton and make it small again, till it was small enough to be hidden in the mane.

 

What a shame, I didn't bring my Necroponycon with me. I'll guess I'll have to do the binding by memory... Uh...mmm..Did I said it out loud?.....Don't tell Celestia and Luna... And actually nopony else too. They were all destroyed over a thousand years ago by Celestia's orders... I believe there is only five copies left in the whole Equestria. Including of course the one in the royal safe chamber.

Kurren$y's face went blank and he zoned out for a brief second, then he started wilding out.

 

 

 

 

"HHHHOOOOOOOOOOOO MUDFLAT! WHAT'CHO DOING MUDFLAT!!?? WHAT. 'CHO. DOING!!??? I KNEW SHE RATCHET! AAHH MY GAWD ***** KILLIN ME! AHHH!! MY BOI HOOLIGAN GETTING IT! B**** AIN'T EVEN NEED BANDS AND SHE ALREADY DANCING! GAWD D***IT I KNEW SHE A RATCHET! WHERE DOC AT I GOTTA TELL 'EM! AHHH!! GURL CAUGHT SLIPPING!! B**** BOUT TO LOOSE HER JOB OOOOOO!!! When Shadow heard yelling, he came out of his office, grabbed the yelling creature and said as he wrapped the mouth in shadows, 

"Why the hell are you yelling, Oh, it's you."

The guard rolled its eyes, then closed and locked the door as it left the cell and headed away from it

Kurren$y started struggling like his life was about to be snuffed when he felt hooves wrap around him. The shadow muting him didn't make his reaction any better. Fully submerged in fight or flight Kurren$y could not hear Shadow speaking and grabbed whatever he could as he dropped to his knees, throwing whatever grabbed onto him over his shoulder.

 

*POP*

 

The load on his bandaged leg was too much and Kurren$y re-broke his leg. He didn't notice because of the adrenaline rush. All he wanted to do was survive this unknown force which stopped him dead in his tracks.

Redwood flicked the lights back on in the room. While she didn't think things would turn out this way, she had thoroughly enjoyed herself.

 

"Well, fun's over," said Redwood as she blindfolded Hooligan. "Ah'm sure ah don't need to say that if y'all tell anypony, they sure won't find yer body."

"Don't worry," said Hooligan with smile, "whatever happens in this room stays in this room." Hooligan knew he had to keep this a secret. He knew that if anyone ever found out Red would be in a heap of trouble. She'd lose her job and probably get locked up as well.

Redwood led Hooligan back along the route to his cell and took off the blindfold as they arrived. She made sure nopony else was looking, then gave him a short but aggressive kiss.

 

"Y'all sure do know how to show a girl a good time," she said before shoving him into his cell.

Hooligan smiled as he sat up in his cell, you weren't too bad yourself hot stuff." Hooligan winked. Being well behaved today was probably the worst thing he'd ever had to do. But that evening with Red made it all worth it. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow Red," Hooligan said playfully,

As Redwood was walking back, she saw Shadow locked in some kind of struggle with Kurren$y, although it seemed fairly one sided.

 

"Havin' trouble with th' prisoner, sir?" asked Redwood.

Shadow sighed and said, 

"Calm down already, you broke your leg again.

He turned to Redwood and said, 
"I got it, he's just being too noisy."

Nightmare said as she left, 
"See you later, have to check on Shadow, and get some sleep. I didn't get a lot of rest last night."
She levitated a burger and started walking away.

Missklang backed in the corner until only his eyes were visible in the shadows. They closed and he was no longer in the corner but teleported in the courtyard. A random guard, who walked straight right into the appearing Missklang in the shadows let out a gasp of surprise alongside with trying to hit him with a baton. It wasn't difficult just to phase slightly to the side and put a hoof in front to make the guard fall on the ground. Missklang shook his hoofs in victory and, with all his weight, fell on the guard, playfully squishing him to death putting him in the head.

 

Hey, are there other newcomers planned for today?

 

Get off me, you freak! Or I'll make sure this gets reported to you-know-who.

 

Aw, come on. Play along. You don't want the rumour about such disgraceful loss to circulate around, don't you?

 

Said Missklang getting off the guard.

 

Now tell me.

 

Yes, there is still arrival planned. Don't try to flee through the gate. You will be caught and have a bad time. I'll make sure you will.

 

On that, he resumed his patrol.

A white van pulled up to the front of the school slowly. The back doors swung open, allowing a bright mass of pony to tumble out. Mercury pushed herself off of the concrete, rubbing at the ring on the base of her horn with one hoof. She glanced up, mouth slack, bewilderment in her features.

 

"W-wha?" she said. Two guards stepped out behind her, black cloaks swishing in the wind. One of them prodded Mercury, causing her to stumble forward a few steps. She started walking slowly and shakily, chains rattling. They were long enough to let her walk but too short for anything faster. The collar around her neck rubbed her fur, and the wire connecting it to her horn ring flexed slightly with each step. She continued to look bewildered as they pushed her inside.

 

Mercury twisted her head around. "W-where am I?" she asked quietly, hesitantly.

After Redwood left Hooligan just smiled to himself as he lay down on the concrete floor. He pinched himself a few times to make sure that the wonderful evening he had with Redwood wasn't a dream. He couldn't stop thinking about. He played the date over and over in his mind. He couldn't wait until tomorrow.

Redwood walked out of the front entrance to greet the new prisoner.

 

"Ah see we got a new one," she said to the two guards. "Ah'll take her from here."

 

Redwood used her own baton to prod Mercury aloe and said, "Welcome to th' school. First things first, y'all will be addressin' me as ma'am or Miss Redwood."

"O-okay, Ma'am," Mercury said in a small voice. She lowered her head slightly as she walked. She moved as fast as the chains would let her, eyes darting back and forth to take in everything about the space. She took obvious effort to keep the end of her horn away from Redwood at all times, the very picture of meekness.

This one seemed like it would be much easier to deal with. She was meek and timid, which was the exact opposite of Redwood.

 

"Now, ah'd just like y'all to know that if ah catch y'all breakin' any rules, ah will not hesitate to discipline y'all mahself," she threatened.

Oh hello there! Isn't it a new member of this delightfull establishment?

 

Missklang appeared from somewhere behind Redwood, peeking over her shoulder.

 

Oh... Such fine silver coat. Hey Redwie, ensuring your authority already, heh? Well, isn't that just a perfect opportunity for me to ruin it! Ahhh. It reminds me of the first time we met. It feels like it was only mere days ago... Oh wait, it was. Amusing no? Come on, chains are no proper attire for a student no? Mind if I?

 

He levitated the keys that he just picked away from Redwood to undo the chains that restrained the movements of the mare. Right as he did that, he jumped in a safe distance of Redwood so he was out of reach of any baton slapping or other surprises. A panting guard ran to Redwood.

 

Ah...ah...Sorry ma'am! I couldn't keep him from approaching...

Mercury shook one of her forehooves, working feeling back into it. She brushed a dark-red strand of mane away from her eyes and smiled to herself. Lifting her head, she locked eyes with Missklang, still wearing a small smile. She hardly even raised an eyebrow at their eyes. Still wary of the guards, Mercury waited for the strange pony to speak.

She glanced up at Redwood. "Huh?"  she said. "Oh. Sorry." 

 

She nodded, quietly stepping back into the chains, waiting patiently for them to be locked.

He lifted his back hoof, scratching behind his ear in a dog manner.

 

I would prefer not to wear dampers. They give me a terrible itch. But no need for a squad. I'm behaving, I'm behaving....

 

He layed on the ground, but his vertical pupils were still moving and fully aware of everything in his surroundings. The guard tried to jump on him, but he jumped up right before, hopping over him. He looked at Mercurry and waved his hoof in a friendly manner.

 

It's fine. As long as I'm not misbehaving or not angrying miss Redwood, I'm free to roam aroud. It's still free-roaming time, and I'm not trying to escape.

 

He showed his tongue to the guard.

Mercury's eyes darted back and forth, her bewildered expression hardening into a face that said "What the hell?" One of her rear hooves twitched, kicking her shackle across the floor. She stared at the exchange with calculated coolness underlying confusion.

Taking her through processing was relatively short, and now Redwood was leading Mercury to her cell.
