Apparently we're getting a new arcade racer for the little monkey and his friends, but without Banjo and Conker .

Whenever I see "Racing" and "Nintendo" together I pray to the gaming gods that it's finally another F-Zero, but alas, it looks like this isn't the case.

 

Good for fans of the Diddy Kong Racing series I guess

Finally read the article and rofl at the $150 NX price point. No way it's ever gonna be that cheap even if Nintendo tried to make it as cheap as possible

$150 for the NX? While I would love to see Nintendo release a new, more powerful system at that price point, sometimes dreams don't come true. 

 

As for Diddy Kong Racing, I remember enjoying the first one quite a bit, though I also remember it feeling considerably slower than Mario Kart. With MK trying to have vehicular variety much like the DKR series, there could be a lot of potential for this, but I am not entirely convinced yet. This would technically be Diddy Kong Racing 2 since the DS game was just a remake.

I am so not interested. I want another F-Zero and please one that is challenging, but not unfairly hard, like F-Zero GX.
