Ever heard something MLP while out and about?

By that I mean ever been out somewhere only to overhear someone talking about it, or hear a ring tone, or hear someone playing a video on their phone or anything like that?

 

I admit there have been times I have been out to a restaurant or at a Dr's office and watch it on Netflix or listen to some of the songs on YouTube. I also have a ring and alert tone for my phone that is MLP.

When I worked at Circle K, I met a couple of guys with MLP keyrings on.

I, of course, commented on them. We had a good 5 minutes chat about MLP.

 

That's the only time I've ever seen a bronie in the wild before. It was awesome lol

I remember I was at wonderland once and I noticed somebody (not a 8 year old girl) with an MLP shirt.  Just about the only time I've seen a Brony in real life before.

I've seen people wearing pony shirts before or playing the mobile game, but that's pretty much it. And when MLP comes up in a conversation (which it rarely does), it results in only a 2 minute conversation about it.

 

Now that I think about it, I haven't seen or heard anything MLP related in public since 8th grade. I guess people change once you go to high school.

I've seen very few people with MLP shirts on save for my fiancée and some of our mutual friends. She'd always talk MLP to some of the other girls in high school, and I'd just be standing there acting like I'm frozen in time. I still do when we see those old friends nowadays.

I remember when I was eating at Chili's just eating and enjoying some anime. All of a sudden, this dude from behind me had the MLP ringtone go off and I was like "well hiya fellow brony."

I've seen a few people wearing MLP merch out in public. My personal favorite is the guy wearing a DJ Pon-3 hoodie dancing in the middle of the mall.
