I'm sorry if my ponies are way too ugly or weird,but it's the best way i can draw them,How could i improve them,do you have any tips???

I didn't find that fluttershy pic any ugly. I thought it was great.

Well quick thing is that layers seem to cross and this is more noticeable in the mammoth pic. Secondly, don't scrutinize your own work so harshly. That will only add more stress and affect how the next piece will end like.

I always draw a template with the pony's head, eyes mane, cutiemark, wings/horns, bodies, and the tail..... but other than that I am useless in tips

I knew it!!!It's ugly.Well,looks it's all fault of drawing reptiles,monsters,dinosaurs and extinct animals for many years.

Why don't you try printing a picture of ponies, and trace over that?
