Lilith, had made him bloodthirsty, he would kill anyone for the right amount of money, but it was when he nearly killed a foal, that he realized what he was doing and tried to stop it"

Rarity looked down in thought, she could only imagine how curious Twilight would be about how a stallion could be born from Nightmare inside the dream realm and have a physical form. Rarity came out of her thoughts and continued to cuddle up to Shaded, "It seems he needed Crystal more then she needed him. Like I said before I owe a bit to Indicus for protecting me and my friends as well a giving me the oprotunity to meet such a wonderful stallion such as Shaded here."

Shaded nods and kisses her softly "Sometimes fate is a funny thing, love. I never thought that I'd ever be reunited with my quern, let alone still be deeply in love with her, but it happened. Indicus never thought he would get over Dusk's death, but our Crystal has helped him with it, and Indicus has saved her from the same fate that Queen Chrysalis faced" he explains then looks to Rarity, "I know that look. She wasn't always a power thirsty monster with more holes than swiss cheese, but loss of one's home can make anypony go to drastic measures. In fact, she and Crystal were once like sisters. They were as inseparable as she is from the Princesses"

Rarity decided to take Shaded's word for it though her personal experience with Queen Chrysalis jaded her memory. "You think Crystal's sister is still alive after all this time since the invasion failed?" Rarity wondered how they would find out either way it had been quite a long time since the invasion.

"It is quite possible, yes, and I am hoping that if she is, either Crystal or myself will be able to reform her. She deserves a second chance. If ponies like myself, Indicus and my Queen get a second chance at being good ponies, then why shouldn't Chrysalis, should she want it?"

Rarity could not find any ground to disagree with Shaded. Indeed if Indicus, her dear Shaded, Crystal and even Discord got a retry, why shouldn't Chrysalis. "I see your point, and find myself in agreement. If even Discord got a chance why couldn't Chrysalis. Besides I'm sure it would make Crystal happy to see her sister."

Shade nods and nuzzles her "It'd really ease her mind and heart, I know she's been worried about her for some time now" he says,and just on que, Crystal wakes up with a yelp and sobs out Chrysalis' name. IT would seem she had a nightmare about her sister and sobbed into Indicus's chest.

Indicus being woke up with Crystal as she cried out Chrysalis' name. He did what he could to comfort Crystal by hugging her and letting her know he was there though this event enforced his earlier idea to find Chrysalis and hopefully give Crystal closure one way or another.

Crystal clung to him and sobbed, she was still scared and upset about what had happened to Chyrsalis. "I-I miss her Indicus, I r-really do" she sniffles as she snuggles into his embrace and sighs. "I-I'm sorry darling, I know you probably do not like it how I am like this all the time" she whimpers

"You have no reason to be sorry Crystal, I don't mind giving you a shoulder to cry on. I'll said I'd be there with you no matter what and I tend to mean what I say. I have some contacts I can make and we can see if your sister's still out there and when I get word of her location I will personally get her for you." Indicus kissed Crystal on the forehead, "Your a very caring sister, Chrysalis is lucky to have you."

Crystal sniffles a bit "She wasn't always a monstee, she was even more beautiful than you say that I am. Very kind and caring, especially towards the little ones. Her smile was so beautiful yet so soft at the same time" she explains, nuzzling into his chest lovingly.

Indicus smiled and brushed his hand through her mane, with the other hand wrapping around her stomach. "I'm sure she was as you said, and I tend to believe that she did what she did of desperation not pure evil, what you say of her just confirms that. Later today I will talk to my contacts and see if we can find her and bring her back to health similar to what I did with you though I don't know how hard it will be to approach her is her current sate so might need some pointers there." Indicus kissed Crystal again and kept brushing her mane.

She smiles softly and nuzzles him more "I love you Indicus, I a-always will" she says softly before closing her eyes again and as she used his chest as her pillows, her breathing returned to normal "Good night sweetheart" she says softly and returns to sleep before going into a pleasant dream of foals and animals playing together. Anyone who didn't know any better, would have said that despite her age, she had the mind and heart of a filly.

"I love you too Crystal." Indicus wrapped his arms around Crystal one on her lower back and her upper back. He dreamed of a nice peaceful life with Crystal and as he dreamed he felt the faint presence of two entities. Though both presences did not feel hostile rather happy, loving, and endeared, So he ignored them.

The next morning, Crystal wakes up in Indicus' arms and smiles as she nuzzles him softly "Good morning my sweet love, are you going on your mission today?" she nuzzles him once more, and listens to his heart beat as it would seem that he was finally at peace with himself, which make her smile. "Sleep well my handsome stallion, for soon we will be wed and have a family to love and look after"

Indicus opened his eyes and sees Crystal nuzzling his chest, "Good morning Crystal." Indicus gave Crystal a kiss and elected to lay there for a while longer. Though he would get up anyway after some time of enjoying Crystal's presence.

 

Indicus got up with a sigh, "Well better get something to eat and then try to meet these extortionests the sooner I get done the more time I can be with you."

Crystal smiles and nods as she kisses his cheek "Can't go on a mission on an empty stomach, can you" she says, getting up and beginning to get dressed.and look around the room "Please be safe darling, I.." she goes up to him and nuzzles him lovingly "I would very much like to start our family soon" she kisses him on the mouth and holds up a lovely summer dress, it was a light blue with light patterns of paw prints all over it. "what do you think sweetie? I'm taking Sugar Drop out for the day, to give Night vision and her coltfriend the day together"

Indicus smiles as he gets up and starts getting dressed before putting on his armor, he was fitting the leather chest piece when Crystal kissed him and showed him the dress, "Looks quite nice." he replied as he picked up the chest piece. Shortly after he put on the rest of the armor and then his sword belt. He knew he did not look particularly good in it seeing as the leather was dyed a dark blue and scratched up from use, held together by special enchantments to increase durability.

 

The sword itself was the one he was given by Luna when he joined the Spec ops team alongside Shaded. The blade had a light blue tint to it while the guard was made to look like a crescent moon, the hilt itself was nothing out of the ordinary just wrapped in a black leather while the pumble was  round and had was the likeness of Luna's cutie mark. It was the most decorative of all his equipment. He left his bow and other items behind except for a hunting knife that he put in his boot.

 

He looked at Crystal, "I not really all that elegant right now nothing compared to how you look."

Crystal smiles and nods "Mm yes indeed, oh my favorite again miss Bella? You truly spoil me" she says with a giggle and starts to eat her breakfast. "Be sure to feed Indicus as much as possible, he needs his strength for his job today" she giggles even more cutely that time.

Indicus nods, "Thanks for breakfast Bella as for how much I eat just make sure I don't puff up, I do need to be able to move after all." Bella laughed. "I'll be sure to remember that, enjoy the food and good luck with your job Indicus." Indicus nods in reply enjoying the moment before he would have to deal with the thugs.

Crystal smiles and nods before cutting up her omelette a little to feed Sugar Drop as she sat in her high chair "Eat up sweetie, your mummy and I are going to take you out for a fun-filled day today" she says as Sugar Drop nods and begins to eat the bit of omelette that Crystal had cut for her. Sugar was a big filly but she enjoyed it when Crystal treated her like a foal at times.

Indicus looks out to see it was about time to get going. Indicus finished his food and stood up. "Well thanks for the food Bella." Indicus kissed Crystal, "I'll see you later Crystal, have fun with Sugar."

 

Indicus left the dining area and headed to Swirl's shop he visited a couple of days ago. It took ten minutes to arrive and he entered the chocolate shop.

Crystal smiles and nods "We will dear, stay safe okay?" she says as she picks up Sugar Drop and starts carrying her to her room to get dressed.

 

At the chocolate shop, Chocolate Swirl looks up "ah Indicus, just in time, they're about to arrive to try and extort us" he says, as he motions for the spot for Indicus to hide in

Indicus nodded and stood in the spot a janitors closet, with ventilation grating on the top half of the door. Indicus looked through it to see it had a decent line of sight if not perfect though between that and his hearing he would manage. Indicus brandished his dagger as he waited for the thugs.

Pretty soon, the thugs come in, brandishing weapons to use as extorting. "Hey there Choc Swirl, it's time for you to pay up or suffer the loss" the lead thug says, swinging a heavy chain around and grins wickedly.

 

Chocolate takes out a shot gun "Try it" he says, aiming the shot gun at the leader's head

 

"Do it" he growls as one of the other thugs drags a frightened mare into the store and holds a gun to her head.

 

"C-Candy.. You bastards!" he yells "NOW!" he shouts to Indicus
