critique wanted Would an OC with this theme make sense, in ANY way?

Figured it's time for me to make my own OC, I've been here long enough to have one.... here we go.

So, I was thinking of making a young pony whose sort of a rebel/punk kind of attitude, in a way, as I kinda like the idea of that kind of stuff, but I was thinking that would kind of defeat the purpose of MLP altogether, but who knows? Maybe it could fit in somehow, like to teach a lesson that difference is OK in some ways, but we all have to do a normal path on some things at times. By this, I mean, one who thinks that going towards the normal path of things is stupid and likes to break the rules to be different, but can be nice, tolerant and understanding at times when it's needed (and sometimes not needed), though the general idea is that the pony likes to break away from the typical and rebels against that usually.

I've decided on this because I'm sort of someone who likes this kind of attitude in fiction, if not a little bit in real life. If that idea for an OC makes any sense, what would you guys think would be a good color scheme for this? I'll draw it out once I get an idea for look and post it here eventually. Thanks!

you can fit it into mlp with many ways, just as long as no one died in his backstory. XD For example, my oc's a thief who becomes a treasure hunter, which clearly fits due to daring do bein a treasure hunter, along with pirates being in the comics. yet in some stotries and a fair bit of roleplays i do, it shows that he can fit in. in many ways to ^W^ I'd say go for it, just make sure nothing borderlines on dark/edgy.

Boopala, you realize you're talkin' to a dracon...dragonenquiz, right? It's creativity! Make your world and live in it, no one can tell you your wrong!

I have an OC over here that is a mare's brain wired into a robot! It's not like it HAS to fit into the actual world or actual show! You could have some super-powered being that can bust the world up just by flexing harder then usual! The only real restrictions are that it has to be a character. Which means telling a story & thereby having to have it be believable enough to your audience. Superman himself is about as mary-sue as you can get, but we still get mileage & depth out of him. You can do anything you want with your story & characters, just so long as they aren't some end-all (Everybody loves 'im & he can do no wrong) or openly antagonistic and is clearly only there to hurt others. And considering we have Horror slasherfics as a movie genre that also has its niche...

AS to Aesthetics! Think your avatar pic would work pretty well, a black & white motif, monochromatic, and GEEZ red eyes on white looks totally awesome in my honest opinion! Though tattoos wouldn't work over fur....pretty sure it's implied all ponies have a coat of fur despite how spongy they look, right?

Oh? And CloggedOne? Maybe I'll send you a gift basket of prunes. Hopefully that helps.

....Pfft! Giggle! I couldn't resist!           Ooh! Unless your a god of folk dancing!!

Beatings & Salivations Everybeing!   Creativity is something blatantly important to me as is no doubt evidenced by the 28 OCs I have posted here of the some forty plus I have, they're linked altogether at the bottom of my About Me page in my Profile & I would deeply cherish anything you wish to say about them! Among which of those I am proudest most of is my Draconequusona, His/My Ask Thread  and my Hydra, Gallimaufry or "Mauf" and their own Ask Thread!  Either way, sufficed to say, I am quite confident I have more OCs than you! Crazier to! Do You have a tatzelpony?! No, I rather think you don't! Hew-Hew-hew!
