Who hopes Midnight Sparkle will be a sort of Hollow Ichigo-ish transformation she can use when losing fights?

I think Midnight Sparkle is gone for good seeing as Sci-Twi embraced the magic she had inside her. The only way her demonic form could be seen again would be if she were revived from wherever it is she--Midnight Sparkle--ended up.

No, I don't think so. Human Twi accepted her magic, and EG is not an overly long arc anime where that stuff is plausible

Midnight Sparkle already had her time to shine in FG and was focused on a bit in LoE. I think we aren't going to see her again.

Midnight Sparkle reminded me a lot of Kyuubi from Naruto mainly because she is a different personality of the protagonist and is always tempting her to use her power and she is still needed when the time comes.

 

When Twilight Sparkle went flashy eyes in MLP I always though she would get some kind of super powerful alter ego.
