"I am very well aware as much as they play the won't hurt a fly card, I know they have had a few rambunctious drunks male or female try to take things too far and those drunks usually ended up in plenty of pain or a stretcher. I'll be honest those two are the only furs that can genuinely scare me."

Elera nods and kisses him "Yes, but they trust you and know you would never hurt me" she says "and they're only protective of me because I'm their little kitten" she says with a little giggle, watching the little female kitten playing, but frowns as the kitten starts crying and her parents were too busy to notice. She immediately gets up and runs to the kitten, she kneels down in front of her "what's wrong sweetie?" she asks as the kitten sniffles and holds up a broken toy "Aaw, it's okay little kitten, my fiance is great with fixing broken things" she says as she sees Amion walking over "She broke her toy sweetheart, think you can fix it for her?"

Amion took a look at the toy, he had some skill with repairing things and now the kitten was expecting it so he took a look at the object and eventually determined the problem to be a simple fix just had to move a couple things inside it and it worked perfectly. "Here you go little kitten." Amion said with a smile.

The kitten's eyes light up and she hugs them "T-thank wou" she says rather adorably. It was then that her parents looked up to see that she was hugging them, they rush over and pick her up, her mother apologizes "I'm so so sorry, shes's only smal.."

 

Elera giggles and holds up a paw "Why are you apologizing ma'am? I saw her crying because she broke her toy and I asked my fiance to help fix it" she says with a smile and gently pets teh kitten who was now curled up in her mother's arms and purring, "That toy must mean a lot to her"

 

The kitten's mother gently rocks the kitten in her arms "It does, she saved a years worth of pocket money to buy it, A-and thank you for fixing it for her"

Amion lightly chuckles, "I assure you it was no problem ma'am she was no bother and it's nice to see a child happy." Amion looks at the kitten with another small smile. "Besides gave me a chance to see if I still was decent with tinkering with little items like that. Something I picked up when dad would come home with a project, I'd always see what I could do with the leftovers."

The father cat smiles but then tilts his head "Aren't you Amion Valentine? I work with your father, it's a pleasure to finally meet you" he says with a smile and holds out his paw for Amion to shake "and this pretty young one is?"

 

Elera giggles "I'm Elera Frostpelt, soon to be Elera Valentine" she says as she hugs Amion close

Amion nodded, "That would be me sir." Amion shook the man's paw. "Nice to meet one of dad's coworkers. I guess he talks a lot about me though I'm surprised you recognize me, Dad is not the best with descriptions." Amion gestured towards Elera, and Like my fiancee said she is quite soon to be Elera Valentine." Amion said the words with a satisfied smile.

The father smiles "Your father does indeed speak a lot about you, he even has a framed photograph of you on his desk, he's very proud of you, you know" he says and gently takes his kitten from his wife's arms, "That is also wonderful news, maybe our little angel here could play with your pups when you have them" he says with a smile, making Elera blush

"I know the biggest thing I have done that he did not like so far was joining the marines for a tour." Amion blushed at the fathers insinuations, "That would be quite neat, I'll keep it all in mind when we do have pups." Amion nuzzled Elera before giving a quick kiss.

The father purrs "Well there was that, but he is still very proud of you, though who's the otter in his other photo?" he asks and Elera blushes

 

"M-my mother, our parents are what's called s..sw..." she mumbles

 

The father cat meows and laughs "Swingers? Really now? Never would have thought it, though your mother is quite cute, not as cute as my lovely Briar here"

Amion laughed, "It was interesting finding that out to say he least always had suspicions but till they told us never was for sure. Paints an interesting hindsight of sleepovers an other inconspicuous activities the went to together." Amion put an arm around Elera. "Enough of our parents relationship oddities. It's been quite nice to meet you both."

Both parents and smiles "The pleasure is ours, our little one doesn't have many friends" the mother says as she pets the kitten "well it's time for us to head home, so that our little kitten can sleep in her bed, hope to see you two around again" she says as they turn to leave.

 

Elera giggles "The kitten was just soo adorable darling, I was so close to kittynapping her" she says then winks "Joking of course ,but maybe if they need a babysitter, I could babysit"

Amion waved, "Till we meet again." Amion listened to Elera and nodded, "I'm sure they would not mind if you asked next time we see them."

 

Amion sat back to think, "So Elera, what do you want to do next stay here and relax, go to the apartment and see if I can get a movie going hang out with Siarra and Vivian if they are free?

"Well as much of as a nice day it is today, we really ought to get to what we actually set out to do and do some house-hunting, especially seeing as.." she giggles and blushes a little bit "seeing as we are plannign on starting our own family..or may already have, who knows sweetie, but I'd like to be ready for when it does happen" she says as she kisses his cheek

Amion pulled out his phone and started to look for places for sale in the area. When he found a few nearby he looked at Elera. "There are a few ten minutes away. Then more a bit further, they look nice as well if the images are anything to go by." Amion held Elera's hand "Well let's look at some houses."

"Ooh then we should get going love, we don't want to stay out too late, I-I've heard bad things happen in the night time" she says with a soft whimper before cuddling up to him and getting up, "Lets go, which way is the first house dearest?" she asks, linking arms and tails with his.

Amion put an arm around Elera as he looked for the location of one of the nearby properties. He found one and lead Elera to it.

 

The house was two stories tall with a basement, it seemed to have a decent front yard and a small garage.

 

"Well here we are, let's see what it looks like inside."

She smiles and nods and walks inside the large two story house as it was open for viewing that day. She smiles as she begins to look around, her careful eyes scanning areas that she might need to make safe for the little ones "Hmm, so far this place seems good dear, but if there are too many sharp corners or areas that our pups might hurt themselves on, we will continue looking"

The house's first floor had the standard living room, kitchen, dineing room, full bathroom and the master bedroom the stairs to the second floor was in the living room while the basement steps were behind the backdoor between the kitchen and dining room. So far Amion liked the place it seemed roomy and did not have many odd potursions causing hazards.

"I like it, though we will have to do something about the basement, i was thinking making it into a recording and rehearsal studio?" she suggests and continues looking around, "So far so nice, let uscheck the backyard dear" she says, resting her head on his shoulder

Amion nodded, "Sounds like a good idea I may store a safe with my ammo and my service rifle and pistol along with anything else down in a small room to keep it locked up." Amion then walks out to the backyard. It was nice though the grass was a bit tall, there was a nice shade tree in the middle of the yard that looked quite healthy and other then that it was empty and open other then a garage at the far end of the back yard. "Well this looks quite nice plenty of room to run around and play may build a porch with some help from dad."

Elera smiles "and we could even build an enclosed pool for the hot days" she says and nuzzles him "did we want to continue looking around or did we want this place dear?" she asks, resting her head on his shoulder and sighs softly."I kinda really like it here, but I still think we should look around just a little bit more"

"Lets keep this place in mind and look some more who knows might find something even better." Amion agreed before leaving the home through the front yard and bookmarking the listing on his phone. He started towards a near by place that might be nice. All the while he enjoyed the feel of Elera on his side.

Elera nods and smiles as she leans on him "Good idea love, maybe we can find one that already has a pool" she says and giggles, knowing that even though Amion had already seen her in nothing but her fur, he'd absolutely love the new bikini she got the other day.

Amion laughed, "Perhaps. You mentioned looking some more you know."

 

Amion lead them a few blocks down the same road to the second house he saw listed. It was about the same size though with a marginally smaller front and back yard though this one had a back deck and pool making it a bit more pricey though still manageable.

 

"Here we are. And ironically you were right, surprising though it was never mentioned." Amion looked at his phone again.
