Richard Adams dies

Sadly another great person has left us. Richard Adams, most knows for his book "Watership Down", has died on December 24th.

 

Personally I grew up on his books and animated features that were based on them so it almost feels like a part of my life is gone forever. Even if it was inevitable one can never be prepared.

 

Here's a little tribute piece I did after I learned about his death.

Such a fascinating work that he did. Never read the books, but the film was powerful. We can at least say he lived a long life. 96 is up there. Still stings that it is another death of 2016. :c
