How to interpret this?

So my friends and I don't have any classes on Monday so we were discussing over a chat room what we would do. One of us decided to leave since it is rather late and they left with this message:

 

"I'm out have stuff to do see you guys on Tuesday"

 

How would you interpret this sentence since it does not have any punctuation?

(how would you interpret it without the punctuation, not what it means with punctuation)

If you're talking what it literally means, I would think it means the same as it would with correct punctuation.  The person has stuff to do and will see you next Tuesday.  A bit lazy to exclude any punctuation, but it's not illegible.
