So, first of all, This is continuation from another RP that died due DM's absence from the Forums, but don't worry, you don't need to go and read that RP, you can join this one without knowing about what happened in that one. (old)

This RP will take place about 2 moons after the original.(Moon=Month).

Important characters (Example leader) that were given name in the original RP, keep that name and work as NPCs (until(if) their creator joins)

 

That out of the way...

 

 

In the land beyond the mountains, around a lake, four clans of wild cats fight for their territories and prey. Each clan has a leader, and several strong warriors who defend the camps which they inhabit. These clans follow The Warrior Code, which sets the rules that when broken, can lead into banishment from the clans. These clans are called Thunderclan, Riverclan, Windclan, and Shadowclan.

 

 

Clans/groups

 

Thunderclan - this noble clan inhabits the woods to the North/Northeast of the lake. They are fierce and brave, and all-around fighters.

 

Riverclan - this clan favors water and lives to the southwest of the lake.They are clever, skilled, and strong.

 

Windclan - making their home in the plains to the East/Southeast of the lake, this clan is swift and very smart. What they may lack in brute strength they make up for in speed and tactics.

 

Shadowclan - this wily and proud clan live to the Northwest of the lake, in the swampy forests. They are stealthy and very powerful, but can lose out on fastness.

 

Starclan - this clan is made up cats who have passed away, and they can connect with the leaders and medicine cats of the four clans. Dead cats who were deemed evil and therefore not worthy of entering the ranks of Starclan are banished to the Dark Forest.

 

Rogues/Loners - these cats roam the territories alone. They are unwelcome for the most part.

 

Kittypets - Housecats who live with Twolegs (humans). Looked down upon by clan cats and like rogues/loners, mostly unwelcome.

Leader - the head of the clan, who makes the important decisions and enforces the warrior code. They communicate with Starclan in dreams sometimes, which helps them foresee certain events. Their name always ends in 'Star', eg: Bluestar, Firestar, Tigerstar.

 

Deputy - the second in command. They help the leader and send out patrols, and become the leader of the clan when the current one passes away or steps down. Their name goes by the same rule as any warrior's, until they become leader.

 

Medicine cat - There is one medicine cat in each clan who can communicate with Starclan, and does more than the leader. They use what nature provides to heal the cats of the clan. Often, they are warriors before they train as a medicine cat under the current one. They are forbidden from a mate or kits.

 

Warriors - these cats bravely fight for their clan, hunt for prey, and patrol the territory borders; they also mentor apprentices (along with the leader and the deputy). Their names can range, and are based off of the appearance and/or skills/personality of the cat, eg: Bluefur, Fireheart, Tigerclaw.

 

Queens - She-cat warriors expecting or nursing kits.

 

Apprentices - young cats over six moons old who train to be warriors. Their names always end with 'paw', until they become warriors, eg: Bluepaw, Firepaw, Tigerpaw.

 

Medicine cat apprentice - Same as Apprentice but Cats can become one from almost any age and instead of training to fight and hunt, they are trained to ways of Medicine cat.

 

Kits - Kittens under six moons old who are looked after by their mother and the other queens. Their names always end in 'kit', until they become apprentices, eg: Bluekit, Firekit, Tigerkit. The first part of a kit's name will be retained throughout it's entire life.

 

Elders - old or permanently injured warriors who have retired from their duties.

 

 

The Warrior Code (Important to read.)

 

 

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from the other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.

2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.

3. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.

4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to Starclan for its life.

5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.

6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their
warrior name.

7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.

8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.

9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen
before moonhigh.

10. A gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.

11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.

12. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan.

13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.

14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.

15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.

Summary:(kinda)

 

It's beutiful Greenleaf at the lake, life of the clans have returned mostly normal. 

 

With the help of Thunderclan's  herb support, Riverclan has fully recovered from the attack to the camp by the Windclan two moons ago, and as greenleaf has proceeded, their own territory's herbs has grown enough to fill their storage again.

 

Shadowclan has beaten the mysterious sickness and as agreed, solution was shared with Thunderclan ending Shadowclan's special premission to get herbs from Thunderclan territory.

 

Under the lead of the new leader, Windclan has recovered from the thread of chaos caused by their leader Silverstar disappearing in fight with the Riverclan. It was concluded that Twolegs were to blame from disappearance of Silverstar.

Windclan is still holding on the horseplace.

 

Mysterious rogue was chased off from Thunderclan territory after his continuous hostile actions and was never seen again. Life in the Thunderclan returned peaceful.

 

But how long will peace hold?

When Hate, and thirst for revenge towards Windclan is spreading in Riverclan like a fire, when more and more cats think that time for battle over the horseplace, should be coming soon. And what happens when surprising and secret relationship between two cats comes to light after surprise, that cannot be hidden.

 

 

 

Also, cars, etc. are called "Monsters" (just throwing that out there).

Appearance:(Bigger and little fluffier than in the picture)

Bigger than other cats same age and long fur makes him look even bigger.

 

Personality: Calm most of the time and might seem lazy and likes to take naps but will be really active if situation requires it. Likes training the Apprentices if there is nothing more important to do or he isn't sleeping. Takes his orders from Leader and deputy really seriously, but doesn't listen other warriors that much necessary. Hates being reminded about his past as kittypet and would shred reminder into pieces if it wasn't for his loyalty to his clan and the warrior code.

 

History: Haven't told lot about his past but what is known is that he was kittypet before he got thrown out, and he found himself from Thuderclan's territory after being chased off by both River- and Shadowclan.

 

Other:

Despite of being originally kittypet, is great fighter and knows how to move in the trees.

@@The Cerberus, I would like to rejoin this; only thing that stopped me before was firstly, the person who posted non canon, and second, the fact that I ended up being left behind all the time cuz of everyone else being able to post frantically while I was at work.

 

I would like to resubmit my character of Midnightstar, but maybe use another character in place of Poppyfur?

Sure, you can join, you get Midnightstar of course and you can make a new character(s) or use Poppyfur, your choice, just post the forms and I edit OP so that Midnightstar is under your control.

Personality: He is rather quiet and may appear intimidating, maybe even threatening or frightening, but he is nothing but loyal to his Clan. He is not exactly the gentlest with younger cats, but he means well, and believes there is always something to learn. He has absolutely no tolerance for bullying of any kind. He understands his Clanmates still may not trust him, and that he still has much to prove.

History: A Clanborn cat. He was originally a ShadowClan apprentice, before bullying and threats from his denmates, solely because he was the runt of his litter, left him no choice but to flee. He found himself in ThunderClan's territory and begged to be taken in. He had never forgotten their mercy, and has shown nothing but hard work and loyalty ever since.

Other: He has not entirely shed his ShadowClan roots, and still has a habit of sneaking around. He's fond of dusk patrols, and his favourite prey is sparrow.

Personality: Jinx is a rather lazy and gluttonous kittypet, with a cocky streak. She believes her cushy and protected life is perfect, and that wild cats are blind to the heaven on earth that is a bowl of chicken and a dish of cream with a warm bed by the fire. Because of that, she thinks housecats are much smarter, and better survivors.

History: There's not much to say about Jinx's history. She lives in a twoleg nest near the RiverClan territory, just past the bridge. She has a habit of occasionally sneaking into the territory and helping herself to a fish from the river. She'll often be seen sunning herself behind her fence, on a warm day.

Other: She wears a pink collar with her name on a tag.

About the only cat she will speak to properly is her deputy. Midnightstar will also snap and strike out at any underling who forgets his or her place. Midnightstar is loyal to her clan, but will find it very difficult to form a truce, even a temporary one, with other clan leaders.

History (optional): Midnightstar originally had the name Midnightpelt, after finishing her apprenticeship and becoming a warrior. She became Clan leader after fighting and driving out a suspected spy from the clan, who was thought to be from Thunderclan, tho never proven.

Other: Midnightstar has one torn ear and a scar across her face from fighting.

One thing about Poppyfur. The age. You see, she is really young for a deputy. Cat becomes apprentice in 6 moon age, and warrior normally in age 12. Deputy have to had apprentice to become deputy. 12 + 6, So youngest deputy could be 18 moons. 

 

You could have something added to a backstory that she became warrior earlier than usual for some reason or age her up a little bit. (:

@The Cerberus, If I remember rightly, someone posted a character with a cyborg style body and knife paws. O_o

And yes, there was a cyborg cat that shot needles and had metal claws.  Not happening in this one

Personality: Willowpaw is a little trouble maker, she is really curious and folows her own rules. She is really quick and can be very quiet if required but most of the time she is quite loud. But even though she isn't always obedient she is really loyal and will always defend her clan.

History: She is a really regular clanborn cat, her mother is butterflyfoot, a white cat with black and orange spots (NPC)

Personality: moonshine didn't become a medicine cat too long ago and she is still unsure about things sometimes, she also can stress quite easily and she doesn't work well under pressure. she is a really nice cat and she likes almost every cat in the clan. she's always ready to help any cat with any chore if she doesn't have anything to do herself.
History (optional): moonshine is a clanborn cat who became an apprentice at the normal age. one day there was a fight and moonshine was too scared to fight so she started helping the wounded wariors. She discovered that she wanted this more then fighting and became a medicine apprentice. two moons ago her mentor got an accident that caused her to stop and she is an elder now, when moonshine doesn't know what to do she goes to her old mentor for advice.

While she isn't being silly and trying to distract everyone with their duties, she is quite a silent and agreeable cat who doesn't mind following orders no matter how hard. She trains in her spare time but her strength is terrible. Overall, she is loyal to her clan but very silly whenever she feels like it.

 

History: Winterpaw wasn't always like this. She used to be a stray cat with all the others that wasn't obedient. She always wanted to get away from them but always fails in the process. One day, a warrior named Limeclaw founded her all alone under a rock. It took her many tries but in the end she got her out and Winterpaw has always been loyal to her ever since, training by her side and enjoying the views with her.

But she is very loyal towards her own clan and she has to do everything she can just to get away from the Twolegs.
