I'd say, yes, she does, but her plot threads would definitely need to go beyond "becoming more assertive". I'll try not to spoil too much, but Flutter Brutter and Fluttershy Leans In  have already proven more than enough that she's capable of standing her ground.

Sure.  I'd like to see what became of her musical career with the Ponytones. (S4 Milli Filli).  Presumably, Rarity is too busy to manage them, but Fluttershy still needs money for the sanctuary
