Her name is Fleur De Lis, and perhaps there may be wedding bells. And yes, I would recommend Rarity to make Fleur's lovely wedding dress.

My darling Fleur and I met at the Garden Gala a couple of years ago. At first, we just started talking about how our days went and what we planned on doing soon afterwards, so the next day, we went to go get a bite to eat and soon she and I became an item. I do say, she is quite the unique mare I've ever met.

As a matter of fact, I do. Rarity told me about him after Shining Armor and Princess Cadence got married. From what I heard from Rarity, I'd say she's got quite an attraction towards the little fellow.

Well, I usually stroll around, attending a few auctions, attending the Garden Gala, as well as spending time with Fleur, eating at her favorite restaurants.
