Do you think we'll ever get an episode where we see Starswirl the Bearded?

Do I expect it to happen? Not really. But I wouldn't say that it is unlikely.

I would like to see an episode featured on Starswirled and Twilight, he seems like an interesting character and I think it would make for an interesting episode. I would get him to meet up with Twilight, since Twilight adores him and shows a lot of interest in possibly learning magic from him. Maybe Twilight and Starswirl will go on a Daring Do type adventure where they must fight in some alternate reality to reclaim the means to getting back to the real world. They'd go through trials in which they'd fight each of the mane six but as big scary villains, they must solve each villains puzzle and earn a key or something to eventually unlock what they need to return.

I wouldn't be surprised, but the odds are about 50/50 on ideas like that. It could happen, but maybe not. It wouldn't be a bad idea to show them in some way, as long as there is a good reason for it. I actually want to see him.

Honestly, I thought we were gonna get a Starswirl the Bearded episode last season when they hinted at the time traveling thing. I thought Twilight would go back in time on accident and help Starswirl make a friend. She would also freak out about meeting one of her idols and make references that the audience wouldn't understand.

Or maybe she meets him and realizes that her role model was not all that he's cracked up to be (cmon Hasbro help me out here).

If its going to happen then its more likely a 200th special episode or a Movie. Starswirl is too immportant to fans to just appear like that in a slice of life episode.

I would like  Starswirl the Bearded  to come back as a villain in season 8.
