If you mean racism on this forum, I haven't noticed any, and I think the mods would be able to help you out if you were worried about it or happened to come across it.

If you mean regarding the ponies in the show, well, some people may prefer a certain pony type (pegasus, unicorn, pony, alicorn, zebra, mule... etc) over another, but I don't think anyone gets too crazy with that!

Not really. Well, there were the conflics between ponies, pegasi and unicorns, but I wouldn't consider that "racism", seems like an over-the-top term for it.

To answer your question, it's incredibly speculative since I don't want to perceive it as a racist show implying other species as inferior compare to ponies. Unfortunately from Seasons 1-3, there are implications e.g. the episode Dragon Quest... and Ponies always seeming to look down upon other species such as Griffins and Mules. But, I read this blog a long time ago by a Malaysian-Chinese individual who perceives the show incredibly racist.

Honestly, it's too silly to assume that there's racism. We might as well say there's racism for every single cartoon in America that existed e.g. Static Shock and Jackie Chan Adventures. I just hope the later seasons fixes this inconsistency that was prevalent in the earlier seasons.

Yes, there is always discrimination. The problem with rascism is that many people say it is rascism, while it is just reality.

Not sure if racism, but there was discrimination in early seasons of ponies. First is with Zecora back in S1, but that was more out of fear of a previously unseen species in a town who sees monsters screwing around on a regular basis. Second is the reenactment of Equestria's founding. The main races of ponies weren't fond of each other.

Some brony insistently begged me to watch it. Curiosity kicked in, watched, joined the herd
