What are your favorite video game bosses?

I would like to add a few Hollow Knight bosses as that has become my favorite game and it has a wide range of amazing bosses. Nightmare King Grimm for one, Grey Prince Zote, and Soul Master are my favs.

Ganon from Zelda OoT. You watch the castle collapse and think you're safe, but then boom Ganondorf is still alive, except now he's a giant monster, you're trapped in a ring of fire with him, you can't use the master sword, the music got really serious, and the sounds are just terrifying. It's my favorite boss fight.

Asriel from Undertale is a really good one, too. It's impossible to lose the fight, but it conveys a lot of strong emotion and the music is amazing.
