Brownie dash 34 September 20, 2017 Share September 20, 2017 I've never really cleaned my pinkie plush, but I hear you can just use a sponge. And wash that way, but I don't know the accuracy of that, since I'ven never done it.
Fluttershy Friend 25,446 September 21, 2017 Share September 21, 2017 (edited) It is very important to know what kind of material there is inside your plushie. In many cases (for example when plushie has inside soft sponge) you may simply and safe use washing maschine. We doing like that with our children plushies without problems. Of course you should use special program. So check and write what your plushie has inside.:) Edited September 21, 2017 by Fluttershy Friend

Fluttershy Friend 25,446 September 21, 2017 Share September 21, 2017 (edited) I'll try to check and answer. I've checked. Probably would be OK. But there is always some risk. We both don't want to make Fluttershy damage. There is any even small information on the plushie? Maybe try to give her to professional laundry. You will be sure that Flutter will be clean safe. I suppose ot will be quite cheap. Edited September 21, 2017 by Fluttershy Friend

Guest September 23, 2017 Share September 23, 2017 Putting plushies in a washing machine sounds a bit risky as the stuffing inside can turn into weird clumps. It probably depends on the type of stuffing or the program though. If there's a speck of something on my plushie, I'll usually try to clean it with a damp (not completely soaked) cloth and just let it dry afterwards. Spoiler How do the plushies get so dirty in the first place? I'm genuinely interested.
EpicEnergy 23,218 April 26, 2022 Share April 26, 2022 My Rainbow Dash plushie allows for washing. It says "place in pillowcase; tie closed. Machine wash separately, cold water, gentle cycle, no bleach, tumble dry low.". I would recommend looking at the tag, because that's where mine says how to wash it. *totally not up to any shenanigans*
