I also can play music because I play it instead of creating it from thin air using TARDIS. Of course, the songs may clash...

And yes, i know exactly what you are thinking: yes' he's a brainiac. The only thing stopping him from making another TARDIS are two formulas he can't replicate- time travel and dimensional travel.

Aand the fact that the TARDIS is a consciousness applied directly in the time vortex, basically making it a fundamental law in the universe, so that if it were to die the whole of reality would go with it.

Basically, of you want to make a TARDIS, you've got to make a second reality first, turn it into a living being and then use god-like intelligence to transplant that being into our reality, essentially making it THE space time continuum, trap THE space time continuum in a shell and crest a machine more powerful than reality so that you can control it.

I just stuck a sound system in my room, I don't know if that's okay. Still not 100% sure how the TARDIS works in terms of the room thing, but I'm imagining to be like Star Trek's hologram thing (I really should watch more Doctor Who).

The Doctor stated at Ivy for a second, but quickly dismissed the thought.

"Nah, it doesn't work like that... Although... Nah, not possible."

It was obvious he was still considering the idea, until Peeps pulled out his hair and brought him back to reality.

"OW!"

He shouted.

He listened to Peeps talk, and smiled.

"Improvisation is a great weapon."

He carefully observed her experiment, pointing out a flaw every now and then.

"My dear, I don't just pick anypony for the revolution. You're all here for a reason."

He stood next to her, grabbing some flasks and mixing some substances.

"An immortal time traveler, who had all the time in the work to work out a plan that has to happen over a few hours."

The various liquids mixed, creating all sorts of effects.

"This plan required the very best, ponies who would easily be able to carry out every single part of my mechanism."

He added together the final two substances, creating a light effect that looked strikingly like him.

"I have influenced many things in this universe, Peeps. And most of them weren't by accident."

He turned around, his shadow made of light copying his every movement.

"There's a reason the universe fears me."

The light disappeared, and he walked into the elevator.

"Now come on. It's time to start the revolution."

And he was gone.

 

Cloud entered TARDIS and appeared in Coltimore. He then took out his guitar and started strumming a random tune, waiting for the others to exit TARDIS.

But we were in space and the Doctor said he'd arrange a meeting... bluh I'm pretty sure there's a major part skipped. My loading time isn't exactly satisfactory right now, so I'm recalling from memory. Didn't the Doctor say there was going to be a meeting in a conference room when he introduced the elevator?

OKAY, then that's where everypony goes! Pencil and Prince, remember the meeting time was 3 hours ago and head to the 'briefing room', or wait for the Doctor to get you if you forgot. Draw, you are oblivious and lost track of time while drawing, so the Doctor will need to get you out of your dubstep-drawing trance.

 

Now go, Revol-vengers ASSEMBLE!
