I'm in no position to rightfully give you criticism, but since it's asked... I voted "not flawless". It's good, but it's a bit odd looking. I think you made her ears and horn too small in comparison to her head, and the "good side" eye is a bit strange. I'm assuming that she's looking up, but that doesn't mean the whole top of the eye is her iris.

See how her iris is more round and there's more of the white next to it? You should try to draw from reference to try to get the proportion and size right, that's what I do!

The proportions are quite off and the coloring seems inconsistent. Have you tried using a reference image? They can help a lot with proportions.  Keep trying and you'll get better!
