Hey there Im looking for someone who can design a OC for me Based on detail. 

Her name is Spectral Spectrum, Shes a Mare with a passion for things paranormal and Ghostly. 

Her mane Has a curl on the end of it near her shoulder, but the rest of her hair is like a blend between rarity and fluttershys. 

Her mane is also Black with green tips on the end. 

Her coat will be black, and her cutie mark will be a Ghostly cross bone with pens instead of the actual bones and skull. 

Her eyes are Heterochromia, which means they are different colors. one should be a dark gassly green, and the other a dark crimson red. 

 

she should have hooves like a clydesdale.
