That's perfectly fair, just keep that in mind if you ever want to write a story; character design plays a huge role in it. Regardless, since you seem to be fond of warm colors and unconventional combinations... I think orange and gold is a pretty underused color scheme. I've actually used it for a character of mine in a story I'm writing, but that's besides the point.
