@CypherHoof: English Breakfast is quite fine, mine lief! Thanks! Despite the public assumption, I'm not that demanding forsooth... Speaking of which I shan't expect everypony to have Purple Alexandrite as the obligatory supply :orly:

I am glad of that - it seems to be a specific brand name for the akbar tea company of sri lanka, not sold in the UK, and I can't find any more exact description other than that it is locally grown there (so presumably ceylon) and is at OP grade; I might not be able to get that exact brand, but can certainly get SOE FOP ceylon, and while my usual coffee house doesn't usually carry GFOP I could send out for that by mail order. Pretty sure the FOP would be as good though :)

*stretches like a big yellow cat and purrs* Although I think that today you are the pony who need special attention. *purrs the last time and starts strokes gently your suffering head*

It is strange that THESE pills didn't help you. I hope that you are feeling at least a bit better.:kindness:

Almost anything non-broken and without additives shalt be fine in mine case, lief *nuzzles her caring and resourceful friend*

They did help, mine lief, but not at the 100%. If 't be true they didn't, I wouldn't have been posting hither, but rather would have been lying flat on mine bed, scratched behind mine ear gently by mine lass. *closes her eyes and enjoys mane and head massage*

No. Today we took a break. Although he had a good time today! Wait. He went outdoor with me for a while during the party and immediately found 2 fossils. I created a "monster":D

It seems that my cover has been blown :ooh:. Though it's quite alright. I can be of the classy type at times however I'm not entirely sure of what topic we are speaking of. :adorkable: It would be much appreciated if somepony could bring me up to speed.

I think that counts as being out together, even if not looking for fossils :)

Exactly, as it's weekend and not all of us can consume coffee *chuckles* But if 't be true thou hast anything to discuss, including the headlined work stuff, bringest it in, be our guest :D

Same applieth to @Fluttershy Friend, but he knoweth it already, being a resident, I'm sure :orly:

Well, it hath been covered, as I can see.

Well I have lately been struggling with sleep patterns.  I seem to awaken periodically throughout the night. I believe it’s safe to say that this coffee or tea you speak of would not help resolve this issue but I do wonder if any of you have a  remedy for this situation.

Hm... have you been stressed out lately, if I may ask? That might be causing you trouble. :pout:

Art thou awoken as the result of some malignant dreams? Can thou generally remember what dreams thou hast recently, then nature of them?

Next the atmosphere goeth: psychological and microclimate in thy room? Ventilation? Stress or strong agitation of any type afore sleep? What art thou doing afore sleep? Ev'r tried to go for a walk right afore hitting the hay?

Good morrow, @PiratePony *waves hoof from her armchair in the shadowy corner of the lounge, accidentally boops the yellow pony slightly* Oh, apologies, @Fluttershy Friend *rubs the booped yellow snoot gently*

Huh... that's odd. :pout: Well, like Alex asked; how is your sleeping environment? Sometimes peering light or certain noises can wake you up as well.

Oh, and have you been to the doctor's office recently? It's not likely, but it's not out of the question that you may be suffering from a condition of some kind.

Though I do sleep next to the laundry room, it has never bothered me before and is usually silent when I do wake up. :wat: I suppose maybe that could be it but other than that everything is normal.

Hm... Have you tried sleeping in your living room, or somewhere away from your laundry room? :ooh:

Oh, and one more question... how hot are you at night? Overheating can cause problems with your sleep processes as well. :pout:

Now that it has been brought to my attention I am usually on top of the blanket when I wake up. :wat: That may actually be the problem. Thank you Recherche!
