It's basically a joke about terrible creepypastas; it basically means that there is one element out of place or something.

Well back when I was going to school, I don't really recall anybody having facial hair - things slowly started to change after 16 yrs old ~ some of the classmates had tiny facial hair then.
I don't even remember when my started to appear, but I think it was somewhere around 18.

Somebody once mentioned, that I look like a homeless person; but I gotta admit, it kinda looks like this when I have relatively long hair combined with relatively long facial hair. heh.
