Yep. It's just that most people are in a different time zone, which can make things complicated .

One finds the right amount of sleep for them.  I generally only need about 6 hours to get charged, personally.

Granted, I do a lot of work on a 'farm' and take Tang Soo Do, so I can see why I need almost 10 hours every now and then.

It was getting time to come off the road anyway, so I was glad they offered me the night dispatch position.  It's working out better.

Understandable.  The more physical work one does, the more tired one gets.
