Looks like a nice whiskey - I prefer the islay single malts (and in particular, bunnabahain) but at above 40 years old they are only ever sold at auction.  most of mine are 12-18 yr old.

and not sure about the states, but in the uk the minimum age to drink in a bar is 18, in a nightclub 21, but in a restaurant with food it's 16 and at home (with parental permission of course) it is 5 (unless it is given for medicinal purposes; I am sure a lot of toddlers feel MUCH better )

Relatively late on a Wednesday evening here (say about 11pm) - so winding down, wishing it would cool off faster.

Not anymore. During day it was little too hot for my liking but it have cooled off since. Perfect weather and temperature to relax in the balcony

Over here the temperature is the hottest on record so far 

Also theres a fire on Saddleworth Moore which is about 10 miles from my house and theres just smoke everywhere!

I'm just staying at home.  My sweetie needs the car to attend a conference in town (she goes every year and liveblogs the various panels they present) and, to be honesat, I can use the break.

As for work ... if trends hold, I'll most likely be heading to Tulsa and back again.
