Breaded fish, tater tots, and some onion rings, was still a lil peckish so I popped the leftover instant mashed potatoes in the microwave with some shredded cheese

Honestly, I'm biased toward instant mashed potatoes, since a long time ago, we lived in a place called Newton in some apartments, we couldn't afford much, but we had some pretty good stuff like microwave waffles and hashbrown patties, my mom would make instant potatoes and porkchops, and that's how I ended up liking them

We make them from scratch now, but my uncle made chicken and didn't have enough time to cook regular potatoes, so he popped out the instant for a night, kinda missed it

I had a Rump Steak (Tajima Wagyu) cooked medium rare with garlic herb butter potatoes along with Signature Roasted Bone Marrow with bread as an appetiser and with a Pepsi and San Pellegrino to drink and a Hazelnut Moose with vanilla ice cream for dessert from Meat & Grain Steakhouse, yum yum.
