What comics have contradicted the show?

First post ever on mlp forums. *yay* As of Season 8, I've noticed a few times that the show has contradicted the comics/ general continuity errors, and I wanted to make a complete list of what contradictions have been made between the show and the comics. The major one I've noticed is Fiendship is Magic #3 where

Starswirl banishes the Sirens alone,

and we are then given a completely different account of these events in the season 8 Finale, Shadow Play, and again a different account of the events in the Legends of Magic Comics which follow the show's continuity

where the sirens are banished by the pillars.

Can anyone find any other instances of these continuity errors in the comics?

Comics to me are like "extras"  something to add-on when the show doesn't have time to uncover it. While it's also treated as "non-canon" that is one reason why they don't correspond with the show.

The Rainbow Dash Micro had RD straight up make zap apples out of nowhere and for some reason AJ doesn't know what they are. This was made somewhere between the Season 3/4 hiatus well after they were established

It was really obvious the writer they got did the absolute bare minimum research when writing that comic

As pointed out on tvtropes,

• Broad Strokes: Because the show and the various Expanded Universe material are made by different people, the continuity between each of them takes an "only if we feel like it" approach. Thus they will often ignore each other, or if they don't, retcon each other to make their stories work. The only hard rule is that the show takes full canonical precedence over all other material.

Well, probably one of the oldest things introduced in the comics, but was contradicted much later, where the mimics. I think it was in the Cuties micro, where it was established in that comic that changelings can only mimic ponies, not things..... then we got Times are a Changeling
