"Well, why not take both? I mean sure we'd have to ask your mom as well, but I am sure our moms will be both agree" she says and nuzzles him as they walk down the stairs. As they get near the kitchen, two milkshakes were ready. "I made your favorite chocolate, strawberry and caramel sweetie" she says to Scarlet "And Dynamo, I also made your favorite, in your favorite cup" she giggles.

"Thanks mom, also, would it be okay, for me to take Milkshake and Chocolate with me to Dynamo and Gentle's house?" she asks "I mean as long as it is okay with Gentle as well of course" she says, hoping her mother would say yes. Devin smiles "Oh sweetie, of course you can. I know how much you missed them and how much they missed you. I cannot think of a better welcome home present" she says "and with how much Dynamo has helped with them over the years, they're as much his as yours as well"

Dynamo thought for a moment, before nodding at the possibility. "That's true when you put it that way. I thought of that option, but then I was worried that your mom might have felt lonely with nobody in the house. Granted, my mom stops by to visit, so I guess it can always work out." He returns the nuzzle as the made their way down the steps. As they entered the kitchen, they were greeted by Devin, who had two milkshakes ready for the young couple. "Oh, wow. Vanilla with whipped cream. Thank you, Miss Devin. This is my favorite." He says, before taking a sip of his milkshake. 

As they asked about taking the pets to Dynamo's house, the blue unicorn smiled as Devin had given the go ahead. "Thank you, ma'am. Scar and I were just talking about it when checking up on Milkshake. I wasn't sure because I was worried that you'd feel lonely in the house. I do know that my mom will always visit." He says, nodding in understanding when Devin had brought up the pets belonging to him, as well. "I'll have to ask my mom, but I think it would be okay. As long as everyone is in agreement, then I guess everything will work out for the best." He says, before turning to the female rabbit with a raised eyebrow. "Hey, Scar? What's that?" He asks, taking a bit of whipped cream and poking her nose. He then leaned over and licked the whipped cream off of her nose. "Aw, Scarlet. Why didn't you tell me that you were so sweet? I guess that's why I call you sweetheart." He chuckled with a playful smirk and blush on his face.

Scarlet giggles as her nose is dabbed with whipped cream and then licked by Dynamo, "Because I thought you always knew" she pokes her tongue out and looks to her mother who was smiling. Devin sips on her coffee "Oh please darling, yes it'll just be me in the house, but it isn't like Scarlet and her babies will be far away, they'll be right next door, so i can always just come and visit, and I  know that Scarlet will come to visit as well" she says, going to the back door and letting Chocolate in, who pawed in slowly before bounding over to Scarlet, his tail wagging ecstatically.

Dynamo chuckled, while shrugging his shoulders. "Oh, I always knew. I just wanted to remind you, so we'll never forget. You were always the one that called me a cinnamon roll." He rolled his eyes playfully, before sticking his tongue out. Dynamo listened intently to Devin's statement, before nodding in agreement. "That's true and we aren't ever far away. I guess that's one advantage when it comes to being next door neighbors. I wonder if we should have ever made an entrance for us to enter each other's buildings. That way, it'd be like a giant house, or something along those lines." He chuckled and nodded, before continuing. "I'll make sure that Scarlet will always come over to visit. Just make sure to always stop by, as well. My mom enjoys your company and you're always welcome." He says, while Devin had let Chocolate back into the house. He grinned and chuckled humorously as Chocolate rushed over to Scarlet. "It looks like someone recognized you without a doubt." He says, walking over and petting the top of Chocolate's head. "Who's a good boy. Did you miss Scar and I? We missed you a lot, buddy!" He says, kneeling down and pulling Chocolate into a hug. He couldn't help in chuckling as Chocolate had begun to lick his face.

Chocolate barked happily at the sight of his two best friends, especially at the sight of Scarlet, he was also wagging his tail very happily. Scarlet smiles and hugs him happily, burying her face into his soft, fluffy fur "Ooh baby, I've missed you so much" she tears up a little and then smiles as she hugs him some more "Oh, I could never forget just how much I've missed our two babies" she says "I think we should actually go back to yours and discuss moving the pets in with your mom before anything else."

Dynamo grinned as he saw Chocolate wagging his tail happily at seeing him and Scar. He chuckled as Scarlet had buried her face into Chocolate's fur. He was alarmed at first as he thought he heard Scarlet sniffling. He then smiled softly as he couldn't blame the emotions that she was feeling. He placed a hand upon her back and rubbed her back soothingly. "Shh...it's okay sweetheart. Just let it all out. We're all here for you." He says, listening intently to her remark with a smile. "I know exactly what you mean. If I moved away for a good amount of years, then I would miss everyone." He says, before standing up and stretching. "I think that's a great idea. It's better to ask my mom now instead of the last second. She might be caught off guard if we just brought Chocolate and Milkshake to the house." He says, quickly finishing up the rest of the milkshake. He soon regretted the idea as he placed the glass down and leaned his face on the table. "Ow! Brain freeze! Why did I think drinking the entire milkshake was a good idea!?" He asks, rubbing his temples to try and rid himself of the headache.

Scarlet giggled at Dynamo's brain freeze "That, sweetie, is because you're a big goof" she says, kissing his nose "but you're my silly big goof" she finishes her drink and stands up, patting Chocolate "Yes, I don't want to put your mom on the spot a second time in one day" she giggles and hugs Dynamo "Come on ya goof, lets go discuss things with you mom, as for idea of a joint to the houses, there is the side gate." she suggests, "I'm sure we can do something with that"

Dynamo rolled his eyes playfully as she called him a goof. He chuckled as he felt her kiss his nose. "True, but I'll always be your silly big goof." As they both said the last part at the same exact time, Dynamo's eyes widened. He stood up and pointed at the female rabbit. "Woah! Do you want to go do karate in the garage!?" He chuckled and shook his head at the movie reference he made. "We always knew what the other would always say. I guess we were meant to be a couple in the first place." He chuckled once again as he returned the hug. "One time of putting my mom on the spot is more than enough. I don't think putting my mom on the spot twice or three times has ever happened before. However, there's a first time for everything." He says, nodding as he wrapped an arm around her shoulder. "As you wish, my princess. Once we have this discussion with my mom, then we can go out on the town together." He says, humming at the idea of a side gate. "Do you mean a fence that has a gate? One where you can just enter the other neighbor's backyard? If so, then that's a good idea. I don't think I've seen the side gate before. Granted, we've always gone to the other's house at the front door."

Scarlet smiles and nods as they get back to Dynamo and Gentle's house "Well I guess this is home to me now" she says with a giggle and then look around, calling for Gentle "Mrs Step? It's just Dynamo and me, we would like to ask you about something before we go into town" she calls out before going into the kitchen and looking for some food. "I really hope your mom says we  can have Chocolate and Milkshake here" she says with a smile "I've missed falling asleep with one if not both of them next to me, keeping me warm" she says "though I do have something better now" she says "Spoiler Alert, that something better is you" she teases and kisses him softly.

As they made their return to Dynamo's house, the blue unicorn chuckled at the female rabbit's statement. "You silly little rabbit. This was always your home. Just as how your previous house was always my home too." He says as the two had entered the house. As Scarlet had called for Gentle. Said mare was looking through her recipe book in her room. She had thought about what to make for dinner, before hearing her name being called. "I'm in my room at the moment, dears. I'll be right there." She says, before making her way into the living room. Dynamo nodded as he had followed Scarlet into the kitchen. "I think my mom will be okay with the idea. Milkshake was originally hers, before you and Miss Devin took ownership. My mom also likes dogs, so that shouldn't be a problem, whatsoever. At least we'll be able to help mom out in taking care of the animals." He says, nodding in agreement and smiled. He blushed at her statement, before chuckling at the spoiler alert comment he used on her.

"I know what you mean. Sometimes, I would accidentally fall asleep on the couch, while watching Milkshake and Chocolate. When I woke up, Milkshake would be resting on my chest. I sometimes imagined it would be you resting next to me when we were little." He slowly made his way over to Scarlet, before wrapping his arms around her and pulling her backwards into a hug. "I'm just glad that this is reality. It's just nice to have you in my arms. Plus, I can tell you might think of me now as a giant teddy bear." He chuckled as he turned her around, before returning the soft kiss. As Gentle's bedroom door opened, she entered the kitchen to see Dynamo and Scarlet in a kiss. She placed a hand over her mouth to stifle a giggle, before clearing her throat to grab their attention. "I hope I wasn't interrupting anything. Unless what you wanted to talk about was to rate you on your romance." She smirked, while raising an eyebrow.

As they kissed, Scarlet could hear Gentle and blushes a bit before turning around "Hey Mrs Step, and no you weren't interrupting anything..this time" she says with a bit of a wink before she opened a can of energy drink "We actually wanted to ask if we could take Milkshake and Chocolate here, we've already asked my mom, and she says as long as it is okay with you, she is fine with it as well" she says, sipping on her drink.

Dynamo's eyes widened as his mother had caught him and Scarlet kissing. He pulled back from the kiss and blushed, while rubbing the back of his neck with a chuckle. "It was like what Scar had said, mom. Nothing happened, so there's no need to worry." Gentle shook her head, while giving the two an all knowing look. "Uh-huh. Just make sure that your relationship doesn't go overboard. I don't want to find out that I'm a grandmother anytime soon." Dynamo's jaw suddenly dropped his mother's claim. "Mom! I promise it was seriously not like that!" Gentle giggled, while waving a hand to the two. "I'm just kidding dear. I still meant the last part, but I just want you two to enjoy your life."

As she listened to the female rabbit's question, Gentle smiled and nodded in agreement. "I think that would be a lovely idea. I've always wondered how Milkshake was doing. Chocolate looks like such a sweetheart. He was always sweet laying his head on my lap. He cared for everyone in the family, but he seemed to favor the ladies." She giggled once more, before continuing. "As long as Devin is okay with it, then I will too. Just make sure that you both are responsible and take care of the pets, okay?" She asks, Dynamo nodding at her request. "You've got a deal mom. Chocolate and Milkshake are like our babies. So, we'll make sure that they are taken care of and looked after." He says as Gentle nods. "Just so long as I don't find any droppings in the house. I'm going to make dinner a little later. So, it should be ready by the time you get back. We'll be having a pot roast for dinner with potatoes and carrots."

Scarlet smiles, happily wiggling her little tail as she heard the news from mrs Step that she could bring her beloved pets over. "Thank you mrs Step, and you won't have to worry, we'll make sure to clean up after any messes that they make and will also make sure to look after them." she says and relaxes just a little bit more "We won't be doing too much today, just going into town to pick some things up for our gaming marathon tonight, maybe catch up  with some  friends if we bump into them and that's about it, so we probably won't be out for long." she says and then licks her muzzle at the sound of what they would be having for dinner "Oh and that sounds delicious mrs Step, especially the carrots" she says with a giggle, "We'll go tell my mom that you gave the okay to bring our beloved animals over." she says, standing up and smiling at her before moving to go to the door "We'll start moving things from my room to over here tomorrow"

Gentle giggled and nodded at Scarlet's remark. "Of course, my dears. I know that you two will do a great job in looking after both Chocolate and Milkshake. You two are basically adults now, so I have no doubt that you two will do a great job." She smiles at the plan the two had for the day. "That sounds really nice. I know you both have this job to do, but it's nice to enjoy the night and catch up on old times. Just let me know if you both plan to stay out late. I'll make sure to keep dinner warm for you two." Dynamo chuckled as he saw Scarlet lick her lips about dinner. "One cannot simply take carrots away from Scar. That was you favorite snack as a kid. I'm glad that hasn't changed about you." He says, remembering how she would act when they were younger. Even as he talked, Dynamo almost drooled at how good the dinner sound. Gentle giggled once more as she glanced at the two, while keeping an eye on dinner. "I felt that this dinner should be a celebration. So, I wanted to make your favorites. That, and I just want to make sure you don't fill your stomachs with just snacks and sugar." She nods and waves at the retreating forms of the young couple. "Just take your time and I'll see you both soon for dinner." Dynamo nods and waves, before leaving with the female rabbit. "Thanks mom and we'll be back soon. We'll let you know when we are on our way." Dynamo says, chuckling at Broken's remark. "It feels as if we've been walking back and forth to both houses. You think we need a chute or something to make a fast travel." He grins, before a thought had crossed his mind. "Speaking of which, I was wondering something. Since we'll be gathering your stuff from your room. Will you be moving into the spare room we have?"

"Well darling, do not forget, I am a bunny, and us bunnies just loves our carrots" she says with a chuckle then looks to Mrs Step "Thank you Mrs Step, I don't think we'll be out too late tonight" she says, waving to her before leaving with Dynamo to her own mother's house and chuckles a bit more at his suggestion of a chute "It'd be like in those kids movies" she laughs "So many hidden passageways to each others' houses" she shakes her head "somehow though, I think that is one suggestion both of our mothers would say no to" she says, holding his hand in her small paw "But, I was thinking.." she smiles at him "It is as your mother said, we are both basically adults now, so..why don't we you know..sleep together in the same bed?" she asks with a small smile, her little tail wiggling happily.

Dynamo nodded at the logic and chuckled. "This is true and I have nothing to back that up. You do make a compelling argument, sweetheart." As he left with Scarlet to her mother's house, he chuckled once more, before looking from side to side. Making sure that nobody was listening to them. "You know something. There is a chute like in kids moves that does exist. I heard this from others, but Pinkie has a chute under Sugarcube Corner. Apparently it leads to her super party planning cave. A place that has all the birthdays and information for everyone in Ponyville." He whispers into her ear, before leaning back. "Of course, that's just a rumor, but it sounds pretty awesome." He smiled and the idea, but frowned and shook his head in defeat. "This is true. Our mom's wouldn't like us digging passageways to one's house. Plus, it would take forever to dig pathways. We'd also have to worry about the foundations of the house. We wouldn't want any part of the house to cave in." He says as he felt her take his hand into her small paw. As she brought up her suggestion, Dynamo blushed as he looked to her. He thought for a moment and smiled softly. "I-I like the idea, but I wasn't sure. I wanted to ask, but I wanted to know that you were okay with the idea. I didn't want to ask you anything that made you feel awkward, you know? That being said, what do you think? Did you want to stay with me, Scar?" He asks, wanting to make sure to take her feelings into account.

Scarlet smiles at him softly "Dynamo..we've known each other since we were babies, we also have been best friends since then, so I hardly think that sleeping in the same bed would be awkward at all" she says, hugging him closer to her "Yes Dynamo, I want to stay with you" she kisses his cheek and smiles a bit more, "You know, I had heard that same rumor about Pinkie, and honestly, as out there as it sounds, it would also make total sense" she says and opens the front door, to see that her mother was making preparations for the pets to move "Hi mom, did Mrs Step tell you?" she asks.

Guiding smiles "Yes she did dear, I'll bring them over while you two are in town, as I'll be coming over for dinner. I hope you two don't mind?" she asks as Scarlet hugs her "Oh mommy, of course it is alright for you to be over for dinner. in fact, I was going to ask if you wanted to join us, it'd make for the perfect first night of my return. To have dinner with those I love and care for" she says, hugging her once more "Well now that that's settled, we'll be going into town, love you mom" she says before going back to Dynamo "Ready to go into town dear? Walk or car?"

Dynamo looked to Scarlet and chuckled softly with a nod. "Yeah, you're right. We've basically known each other before we could walk. I think my mom even had videos of us playing together as babies. I guess our mom's felt that we were special for each other, or something like that." He says, giving the female rabbit an apologetic look. "I'm really sorry, Scar. I sometimes worry if I'll do something ridiculous or awkward to make things weird, if that makes sense." He says, before being hugged closer to her. He smiled and returned the embrace, while resting his chin on her shoulder. "Then, I think we'll have to rearrange the room to fit our tastes. I wouldn't have it any other way." He says, returning the kiss on her cheek. "Really? You've heard about the rumor too? I wonder how long Pinkie's had that party planning cave then." He raised an eyebrow as he wondered about the party planning cave. "I stopped questioning about Pinkie the moment I met her. Some things make sense, while other times she doesn't." He chuckles as Scarlet opened the door to her old house. 

Dynamo smiled as Devin had the pets all leashed and ready to go. At the mention of dinner, Dynamo nodded wholeheartedly. "Of course it would be okay, Miss Devin. With Scarlet being home and everyone reuniting. I believe it's only fitting to have the whole family together for dinner." He says as he chuckled, before continuing. "I think you'll like what we'll have for dinner, ma'am. I think my mom planned ahead for tonight." He says, knowing that Devin would pester Gentle about carrots. He waved to Devin as Scarlet had returned to him. "I'm ready to go into town, love. I wouldn't mind walking. However, if we are going to get a lot for the marathon, then I would suggest the car. What would you like to do, babe?"

Scarlet smiles "Car sounds good to me dearest" she says as they make their way to Dynamo's car. As they step outside of the house, Scarlet feels a slight chill in the air and shivers "Great Old Ones..it's worse than I thought" she mutters before doing her best to not let on about her worry about something and smiles over at Dynamo before getting into the passenger seat, buckling up "Alright hon, where do you suggest we go to from here? Like, do we go straight to SugarCube Corner or to the grocery store?"

Dynamo grinned as they came to an agreement. "Okay, then travel by car we shall go!" He exclaims as the two made their way to Dynamo's car. As they exited the house, he turned to Scarlet, who looked to have been shivering. He thought he had felt a breeze, but he chalked it up as nothing. The gaming unicorn was concerned as he thought he had heard her muttering something. However, he knew she would tell him when the time was right. "Are you okay, sweetheart? Are you feeling a little cold? Here, take my jacket." He says, unzipping his jacket and placing said jacket over her shoulders. He smiled as he rubbed her arms to help warm her up. "There you go. Now you won't have to feel so cold, love." He smiles, taking her paw into his hand as he walked over to his car.

Dynamo opened the passenger door for her to take a seat. After making sure she buckled up, he closed the door and made his way over to the driver's side. Once he got into the passenger's seat, he closed the door, buckled up and placed the keys into the ignition. "Maybe we should go to the grocery store first? I was going to say are we getting anything cold that needs to go into the fridge? If not, then we can start there. Sugarcube Corner can be next so the treats won't spoil." He suggested as he started the car up.

Scarlet smiles as she feels Dynamo wrap his jacket around her and snuggles into it "Thanks honey" she says as she smiles at him and sighs, "Honestly, I am thinking of getting some ice cream, soda, mm chocolate...all better cold" she says "So yes, I do think we ought to go to the grocery store first, though..hmm.." she thinks a moment and then shakes her head "No wait, it would make more sense to go the store second, that way we won't have to keep the cold things cold for too long before getting home, you know how Pinkie can talk and talk and talk" she giggles, though if Dynamo paid enough attention, he would pick up the slight nervousness to her giggle.

Dynamo smiled and nodded at her thanks. "You're welcome, sweetheart. We wouldn't want you to feel cold and/or get sick now, would we? Plus, the jacket looks nice on you." He says, pulling the car out of the driveway and sets the car in drive. "Hmm...so we'll need chocolate ice cream, chocolate soda and regular chocolate? Sounds like we'll have a sugar rush that will last us for hours." He chuckled as he started to drive to their destination. He noticed that she was beginning to change their mind in the choice of store order. At the mention of going to the store second, Dynamo nodded at the idea. "That's true when you factor in the ice cream. It's still fairly warm out since it's spring time. So, we wouldn't want the ice cream to melt." He chuckled alongside the female rabbit as he listened to her remark. "Pinkie can talk for hours upon hours, but she always has an interesting story to tell." He thought he heard a nervousness in her giggle, but wondered if he should question it. "Is everything okay, hon?" If she didn't answer, then he would let it go. He would, however, ask her about what was going on later. He didn't want to pressure her into saying anything that she wasn't set to talk about. However, he knew he would be there for her now that they had reunited. "So, what do you think? Should we get the specials boxes like before? It could be like an appetizer, before going to the main course of ice cream and cookies."

Scarlet looks at her boyfriend with a raised eyebrow "Chocolate soda? Since when was that ever a thing?" she asks, a little confused at what Dynamo was saying, then shakes her head "Well, I'd want more than just soda, ice cream and chocolate dear, lots of sweets and potato chips as well" she leans over to kiss his cheek "All of which we'd save for after dinner of course, I wouldn't want us to ruin our appetites before dinner, especially since it's your mother who is cooking and she is cooking our favorites" she says and closes her eyes a little, she sighs as she heard the inevitable question from Dynamo, "It's just, I sensed something wrong in the air just before" she explains to him "you could say that my experience here when we were little, has given me a sort of..second sight or sixth sense in a way" she says "I can sense when things are wrong"

Dynamo had a perplexed look upon his face as he was driving to Sugarcube Corner. "Hmm...I don't believe there's such a thing, but it might not be impossible. Seeing how we have orange soda. Although, we can't just say that soda was made from oranges now. Even if that beverage has a tangy kick to it's taste." He chuckled and nodded at the list of things for them to get at the store. "We can't forget about chips and sweets. I know we should try and get crackers and cookies. Maybe Oreo's or the chips ahoy kind, or even both." He smiles as she kissed his cheek. "I guess we'll find out when we look through the store. Maybe we should get the essentials as I've learned a lesson from my mom. Never go to the store on an empty stomach. Otherwise, you'll get more food than you were intending to get." He chuckled and nodded about dinner.

"A pork roast is easily my favorite dinner. That, and chick on a grill after it's been coated in bread crumbs. I think we had that for a birthday dinner once when you stayed the night. Oh, man those were the good times. At least now we can make more memories together." As they stopped at a red light, he looked over to the female rabbit, who seemed saddened, yet worried. He listened intently and nodded in understanding. "I guess whatever is going on is starting to begin sooner than expected. Do you have an idea on what exactly is making you feel this wrong sense?" He asks, placing a comforting hand upon her knee. "I'm really glad you told me, Scar. It's never good to keep secrets or feelings to yourself. We both could tell each other everything. No matter what, tell me if you feel something is wrong. I'll be here to help in anywhere I can, love." He smiled to her, until a horn honked from behind him. "Okay! We're going! Keep your shirt on! Good grief!" He shouted behind him as the light turned green. He started to drive off to the bakery, before taking a deep breath. "I tell you. Some drivers can't seem to calm down and be patient. It's even worse on the highways, in my opinion." He says, chuckling and shaking his head as Sugarcube Corner was within their sights.

Scarlet smiles and nods, "Oh yes, and the way your mom cooks it, it's divine" she says but then frowns as the impatient driver honked their horn at them. "you ought to try driving in Manehatten, it's near impossible" she says and then looks to Dynamo once more "I can't tell what it is, but something big, and very likely bad is going to happen soon" she says with a frown, hugging him "Then, lets get to getting our snacks, so we can enjoy dinner and then our first night together as a couple"
