I got into one of my soul-searchy, weird moods and drew this.

I wasn't just tempted to draw Sombra in Soul Eater style, I also wanted to experiment with my mixer brush and add a deeper meaning to the picture.

Next time, it's another J5A4 character, meaning more fanart of fanmade characters. However, that does not mean I am taking a break from getting my colors to look more and more show accurate.

Realized lately how big of a difference the quality of your drawing strokes affects the quality of your colors in Illustrator, so I practiced inking on my recent drawing of King Sombra as a ghost.

Good job! Every time I visit this thread, you seem to have made significant progress. While I liked your earlier drawings too, your lines seem more "relaxed" now -if that makes any sense- as well as your shading. Keep up the good work!

I have finally returned to drawing after a long hiatus. Being in the process of writing a new story and getting a new computer for drawing was what held me back, but now I am back. Let's start with something simple...
